Women over 50, does it feel like your body has stopped responding to everything you try?

You’re eating healthier, trying to stay active, watching what you eat, but that stubborn belly fat just won’t seem to budge…

… And the frustrating part?

The things that used to work in your 30s and 40s don’t seem to make a difference anymore.

So you start wondering whether this is just what getting older looks like.

But I want you to know that you CAN still lose fat, change your body and feel confident in your clothes after 50.

You just need an approach that takes into account the changes your body is going through, rather than continuing to follow the same diets that keep leaving you frustrated.

Because you deserve to feel good in your body at every age. ❤️

Wondering if High Impact Fat Loss could be the right fit for you?

Let’s have a chat! We can talk about where you’re currently struggling, what you’ve tried before and whether our approach could help you finally start seeing the results you’ve been looking for.

Send me a message with the word “HIFL” and let’s see if High Impact Fat Loss is right for you. ❤️

Raise your hand if you’ve been on some kind of diet since your thirties 🙋‍♀️

Keto. Shakes. Counting points…

The juice cleanse before the reunion…

That calorie app you’ve deleted and downloaded at least three times.

Every round started with a fresh Monday and big hopes.

Somewhere around week four, life got busy, the weight crept back, and you blamed yourself.

Then you picked the next one.

Fifteen years of that, friend.

Planning every bite, starting over, losing the same 10 pounds again and again.

Of course you’re tired. You’ve been fighting the same battle for a long time.

You were never the problem.

Those diets were built to end, and every ending cost you a little more muscle and a little more trust in yourself.

What if the next thing you tried was the last thing you ever had to try? 🤍

Slow and steady sounds safe. After 50, the research says it’s the riskier bet 🙃

Start with the math…

A small deficit loses about half a pound of fat a week.

Your scale moves 2 to 4 pounds a day from water, salt, carbs and sleep.

For the first month, the fat you lose is smaller than the noise.

You see nothing, decide it isn’t working, and cut more. That’s how women end up on 1,200 calories.

Then add time. Muscle, hunger, daily movement and workout quality all slide the longer you stay in a deficit.

After 50 your muscles respond less to protein, so you need 30 to 40g per meal just to protect what you have.

Holding that standard for six months while underfed is where most women slip.

So what happens when you go steep instead?

A trial of 101 postmenopausal women compared a moderate diet for 12 months against 4 months of severe restriction first.

Moderate lost 18 lbs.

Severe lost 34 lbs, with more visceral and belly fat gone.

Another trial put 200 adults on a 12 week or 36 week plan.

81% of the fast group hit their target, against 50% of the slow group.

Three years later, regain was the same in both.

Speed decided who got the result. It had no effect on who kept it.

One catch…

The steep group in that first trial also lost more lean mass and hip bone density, and nobody in it did supervised lifting.

That’s exactly why my clients lift 2 to 4 times a week and keep protein high through every steep phase.

Then we leave the deficit on purpose, before your body adapts, and bring food back up so the result holds.

Comment ROADMAP and I’ll send you the exact 5 phases I take my clients through.

Two eggs is thirteen grams of protein. Most women over 50 start their day there and never catch up.

Three additions, none of them a new meal. Half a cup of egg whites in the pan you already have out. Two more ounces of chicken in the same salad. A cup of lentils beside the salmon.

Seventy one grams becomes one hundred and twenty. Nothing weighed, nothing counted, no bigger appetite.

Every item here is dairy free and gluten free, because the foods that leave you bloated are not worth the protein.

Protein is what holds onto muscle while fat comes off, and muscle is the thing you fight hardest to keep after 50.

Start with the egg whites tomorrow morning.

Hard truth for women over 50: you keep thinking there is more time…

Winded on the stairs. Awake at 3am. Achy joints, a gut that has been off for months, a waistband getting tighter while nothing about how you eat has changed.

None of that is a verdict on you. All of it is information, and it gets louder every year the strategy stays the same.

The future is coming either way. It will rob you or reward you.

High Impact Fat Loss is the five phase process I use with women over 50 to strip fat while protecting the muscle that decides how the next twenty years feel.

I'm 63 and right now, I'm the leanest and strongest I have been in my life. And it has nothing to do with luck or a fast metabolism (don't I wish).

It comes down to a handful of things I do year round, whether it is January or the middle of summer.

Here are my six.👇

1. Protein at every meal. I aim for 1 gram per pound of my goal bodyweight and I build each meal around a protein first. It protects my muscle, keeps me full, and takes the guesswork out of eating.

2. I lift heavy three times a week. Not light little weights for endless reps. Real load that I add to over time. The muscle I have built is what keeps me lean, because more muscle means my body burns more even at rest.

3. I move every single day. I aim for 10 thousand steps and I do one short SPRINT session a week. I don't do planned 'cardio' sessions. Remaining in motion all day is the most underrated fat loss tool there is and it doesn't leave me exhausted and burnt out.

4. I do not diet all year. I eat at maintenance most of the year and only apply my multi-phased fat loss approach when I actually want to lean out. Under eating not only stall fat loss but it messes with your hormones, wrecks your metabolism and your sanity.

5. I manage my sleep. Seven to eight hours is not a luxury, it is part of the plan. Poor sleep raises the hormones that drive cravings and hold on to belly fat, and no amount of training outruns it.

6. I dropped the all or nothing thinking. One big dinner out or a weekend away is not a setback. I get right back to my normal the next meal. Consistency over months is what actually keeps me lean, not being perfect for a week.

My secret is no secret. It's consistentcy, in my 40s, my 50s and now into 60s. Being willing to listen to my body and adjust when necessary.

Curious to know if the method I used to drop the body fat last year will work for you? Comment HIFL and I'll share.👇
