At the end of 2022 when Jeff found himself in a hypertensive crisis. At that time he promised God, himself, and everyone he would work to honor his health and wellbeing better (you might remember that post)! 😉

So, this week, we’ve planned to shorten our office hours to enable a soul reset, downtime, and an intentional pause. That’s not an easy task for him to do, so we’re all really happy to see him still holding to his commitment with doing so!

Our hours are as follows for the remainder of the week! We are here until 4:30 today as usual!

I’ve been trying to put into words a summary of some of my big takeaways from the A4M (functional medicine) conference I attended this past weekend.

The best thing that comes to mind for me personally is… WE STAND ON THE SHOULDERS OF GIANTS. Meaning, all of those providers (MDs, NDs, DOs, PAs, NP, PHARMS, dieticians, etc) I have SO much respect for. I can do my job better because of the relentless pursuit to the wellbeing of others. It was definitely an ELITE group of likeminded professionals who think outside the traditional box of just western/allopathic medicine - and for that we should all be SO thankful. My only wish is… there were MORE providers there.

I watch women be gaslit by their P*P and Gynecologists DAILY as they struggle with hormone & metabolic chaos. It’s frustrating to watch, difficult to work through, but incredibly empowering to help them fight through to ANSWERS in their health and wellness. So because of that I’m SO grateful that A4M is in fact REDEFINING MEDICINE.

I’m personally sooooo thankful for my Mom and biggest mentor Sheri Clary. She’s so humble with her knowledge, so enlightened, and does such an incredible job of walking the walk of aging BEAUTIFULLY. Without her love and mentorship in this business of health and wellness coaching process I wouldn’t have the honor of watching my clients go from feeling AWFUL, frustrated, defeated, concerned, ill, and headed towards more DIS-ease to THRIVING!

Jeff Grof & I have a combined long term goal of implementing all we can to help our clients THRIVE and HEAL and this conference really opened up some new avenues we’re excited about. I plan to share some of my big takeaways from the insight and healing I learned over the next few weeks consistently here. Its wayyyy to much to put in a post. Just know, we are EXCITED because some really big things clicked to bring sustainable results and change to our clients!!! 🎉🎉🎉

REALLY regretting not requiring Jeff to be with us at this conference! However, I’m collecting all sorts of resources to bring home.

One of my biggest takeaways is how beautifully Naturopathic Medicine and Fuctional Medicine collaborate together.

Jeff’s approach to MINERAL REPLETION in the body is SO undervalued. We cannot have cell healing without minerals optimized. We will share more in the coming weeks!
