Cancellation/Late Policy:
Unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyoneโ€™s life. Business meetings, project deadlines, flight delays, car problems, snowstorms, and illness are just a few reasons why one might consider canceling an appointment. In our desire to be effective and fair to all of our clients, we have adopted the following
policies:

1) 24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule a massage.

2) Late cancellations or missed sessions will be charged 50% of the session. Payment is required prior to your next appointment.

3) Last minute changes to appointments will be charged for the highest priced service.

4) Client substitution will waive any cancellation fee! We will make every attempt to fill your appointment, but if you find someone to take your place we will be grateful!

5) Try to arrive at least 5 minutes early to your appointment so that your therapist will have time to do a quick intake with you before starting your session right on schedule. If you are late, your therapist will give you the best possible massage in the time available.

๏ปฟThank you for your understanding and cooperation! We look forward to seeing you again soon!

๐ŸŒฟ Sunday body check-in.
Before you start another week, take 30 seconds.
Drop your shoulders.
Unclench your jaw.
Take a slow breath.
Now ask yourself:
"How does my body actually feel?"
Not how should it feel.
Not how does it feel when you're distracted.
How does it feel right now?
If the answer is, "Honestly...pretty tense," maybe it's time to schedule some care.
๐Ÿ’œ Your body has been carrying you all week.
Give it some attention.
Musica Humana is open 7 days a week by appointment.

๐Ÿ’œ You are allowed to rest.
You are allowed to take an hour for yourself.
You are allowed to put something on your calendar that isn't a responsibility.
You are allowed to spend time taking care of your body.
You are allowed to enjoy a massage simply because it feels good.
And you don't have to earn it first.
๐ŸŒฟ Musica Humana is open 7 days a week by appointment.
If you've been waiting for permission...
Here it is.
Book the massage.
