✅️Session 1: Remove the Mask! Releasing Performance & Embracing Authenticity

In this session we are using biofield tuning to bring coherence to the upper back, behind the heart and between the shoulders. This area can relate to the energy of defending against negative action, or being defensive in some kind of way. What I felt in the session was energy related to performance, in order to survive. A defensive tactic to survive in the world. It's benefited you for so long! We honor the work this aspect of self has put in to protect you, and we allow the edges to soften and finally release! We then use Fibonicci Frequency to build helpful geometric structures found in nature into your biofield to support authentic expression. It's a beautiful transformative session 💫

✅️Session 2: Self Love: Embrace Your Inner Weirdo - Sound Bowl Medicine

This is a supportive and transformative integration session to session 1. Using Sound bowl medicine and koshi chimes, we do some light breathing and then head into a sound medicine session. May this support self love within you!
