Our first-ever Autumn Mediumship Showcase was a HUGE success! ⭐️ We enjoyed beautiful weather, bottomless cold tea, visits from egrets and crows, and a great turnout of attendees. 🙏Our four student mediums were busy with readings from start to finish, and we extended the event by over an hour! Many many thanks to those who showed your support!

Teaching Qigong last weekend at the ALIVE Festival in Burlingame, CA was so much fun! This inaugural event was created by Annie Tam, in honor of her sister Wendy, who passed away at 25 from Mucinous ovarian cancer last year. All event proceeds benefit The Wendy Tam MOC Research Fund. https://www.hope4moc.org/WendyTam/ To transform grief into a day of joy, awareness, community, and hope is beyond inspiring.

Last month I hosted Paddle the Bay — a morning of stand-up paddle boarding around Ballena Bay, followed by nourishing snacks, a meditation on the elements, and a beach ceremony. It was a gentle reminder of water’s power to soothe, cleanse, and guide us through transitions.
