Our Employment Specialists work alongside individuals and their support teams to help them explore employment options and make choices about their future. This means taking the time to truly get to know each person—their likes, dislikes, strengths, hopes, dreams, and goals—and supporting them as they work toward employment that is meaningful to them.
We’re looking for someone who can build relationships, encourage independence, recognize potential, and help turn goals into opportunities.

Since 2015, Rolling Hills Creative Living’s recycling program has provided recycling pickup services in Albany and Grant City and even better, it provides meaningful employment for Ashley Ware!
Through her work with the recycling program, Ashley is not only earning a paycheck — she’s providing a valuable service to her community, building independence, and showing exactly why inclusive employment matters.
For nearly 11 years, our recycling program has been proof that when people are given opportunities to work, contribute, and be part of their community, everyone benefits.

🎣 What a great day for fishing! ☀️

We want to send a HUGE thank you to Barb Ratliff, who generously opened up her property and allowed us to spend the day fishing!
We had such a great time enjoying the sunshine, catching some fish, sharing plenty of laughs, and just enjoying being outdoors together.🎣😊

Last night was an exciting night for Ashely as she participated in her very first Farmers Market and had the opportunity to sell her handmade earrings!
Ashley is turning her creativity and talents into something she can proudly share with others. Seeing her set up, showcase her work, and make sales for the first time was definitely something worth celebrating!

We would like to recognize and thank Patsy Wilson for her incredible 40+ years of service as a member of the Rolling Hills Creative Living Board of Directors.

For more than four decades, she has been a dedicated advocate, trusted leader, and passionate supporter of our mission. Her commitment has helped shape our organization and positively impact countless lives throughout our communities.

Her connection to Rolling Hills Creative Living has always been especially meaningful. As the parent of a daughter we were honored to support for many years, she has shared her heart, experience, and unwavering belief in the value and potential of every individual we serve.

Through her leadership, kindness, and dedication, she has helped create opportunities, foster inclusion, and strengthen our organization in ways that will be felt for generations to come.
