As humans you take on all the stories
From society(the shoulds and comparison)
From your family of origin (epigenetics)
From your environment
From friends

And then your brain says “hey! You’re not doing all the things” And you begin your spiral 🌀

What you need to understand is that your brain is misleading you down Fear Street. It was built to do this to keep you safe. Yet the thing is, you get to make that choice now.

The real guide, the most accurate source you have however, is your body.

Check in with her the next time you have (or choose to make) 60 seconds of silence. She’ll tell you what’s up.

Don’t know how? This is the work I do with my 1:1 clients.

Learn your bodies vocabulary 💗You’ll be glad you did!

With all the energy of Halloween approaching, why not see who shows up for you?

Spirit Art Readings have been booking up. So I thought I’d offer a few more so you can all get your chance to meet your guides.

Not just your ancestors, but power animals, ascended masters, and guardian angels, and spirit guides. They are all there, behind you, above you supporting you.

Book your 30 minute reading and receive their messages. Then bring home your illustration to share or hold in a sacred space.

This Thursday 10/22. 4-6 or 10/30. 12-4. $55

You know the feeling when you can sense something in your life needs to shift, but you can’t name it or how to get there?

That’s where this work meets you.

The 3 month Therapeutic Arts Container is a rhythm of weekly meetings, a bit of paint or torn paper, a lot of listening to your body already knows and wants to share! In between sessions -art prompts, personalized mediations and text support so the work stays active while you keep living.

You don’t need to be “an artist” you only need to be willing to get curious.

If Fall is your season for transformation, DM CROSSROADS in the comments and we’ll begin the conversation to see if it’s a good fit for you.

I love making these drawings and connecting you to your guides through art-making.

Art is how I connect to pretty much everything -guides are no different!

All you need to do is show up and be curious
I’ll do the work, then you take home the art and it’s yours to frame, reflect upon and keep. $55 for a half hour reading.

It’s a mutually amazing experience -so sure I’m a little biased

Join me today and Saturday in this incredible process.
