THE RESULTS ARE INSANE. 😍🔥

A few sessions of Tetra CO₂ laser and look at this transformation!

After YEARS of struggling with cystic acne, this patient’s skin is looking smoother, more refined, and more even. The improvement in texture alone is incredible!

If you’re looking to:
✨ Improve acne scarring and skin texture
✨ Brighten and even out discoloration
✨ Tighten skin and stimulate collagen
✨ Achieve smoother, healthier-looking skin

Tetra CO₂ might be exactly what your skin has been waiting for.

And remember, what you do NOW is what you’ll see developing over the next 1–3 months as collagen remodeling continues.

It’s ALWAYS laser season around here. 😉

Free consultations are always available at ABQ Beauty Lounge. Let’s get your skin glowing! 💖

Making healthcare more personal, affordable and accessible for New Mexican children. Trailblazer Pediatrics is looking to change the game when it comes to how pediatric practices operate by forming…

10/14/2026

This is what pediatric care should look like. ❤️

One of the biggest benefits of Direct Primary Care? TIME.
Time to sit on the floor. Time to play. Time to observe how your child interacts with their environment. Time to assess milestones, communication, motor skills, social interaction, and development naturally through play.

Instead of rushing through a 10-minute appointment or spending your visit filling out paperwork in a waiting room, we get to focus on what actually matters: your child.

At Trailblazer Pediatrics, I don’t just want to know whether your baby can meet a milestone. I want to see how they explore, communicate, problem-solve, interact, and learn.
Because sometimes the best developmental assessment starts with getting down on the floor.

Less paperwork. Less rushing. More connection. More time. That’s the beauty of Direct Primary Care.

ht seem like such a small thing, but to me, it’s part of creating a positive experience for kids when they come to the doctor’s office.
There is so much more that goes into helping children feel comfortable, safe, and confident during their visits. It’s building trust, taking time to explain what’s happening, letting them have a little control when possible, celebrating their bravery, and making sure they know their voices matter.
One of my favorite parts of every visit is letting each kiddo pick out a little something before they leave. It’s a small way of saying, “Thank you for being such a wonderful patient today!”
And maybe, just maybe, the next time they need to come see me, they’ll remember that the medical office isn’t always a scary place. It can be a place where they’re heard, cared for, celebrated, and maybe even leave with a little treasure. 🥹
Because pediatric care is about so much more than treating the illness. It’s about building relationships and making little humans feel safe along the way. 💚

PANS is something I wish more parents knew about. ❤️
Pediatric Acute-onset Neuropsychiatric Syndrome (PANS) can cause a sudden and dramatic change in a child’s behavior, emotions, and functioning, often following an infection.
For our family, this isn’t just something I learned about in my clinical education. It’s personal. I’ve watched my own daughter go from a happy, outgoing little girl who loved school and activities to struggling with overwhelming anxiety, emotional changes, sleep disturbances, and school refusal seemingly overnight.
As both a mom and a pediatric nurse practitioner, it changed the way I look at sudden behavioral and mental health changes in children.
A sudden change in your child’s behavior isn’t always just a phase.
If your child experiences an abrupt onset of severe anxiety, OCD-like behaviors, restrictive eating, tics, sleep disturbances, or other significant behavioral changes, don’t be afraid to ask questions and advocate for further evaluation.
PANS is complex, still being researched, and can be challenging for families to navigate. Early recognition and a thoughtful, comprehensive evaluation matter.
You know your child. If something feels drastically different, trust that instinct. You deserve to be heard, and your child deserves to be taken seriously.
Sharing our story in hopes that another parent feels a little less alone. ❤️

Colder weather and viral illnesses can be a big trigger for asthma exacerbations in kids.

And as a pediatric NP AND a mom of a kids with asthma, I know how quickly things can change.

One minute they’re okay…
and the next, they’re working hard to breathe.

That’s why having a pediatric provider you can actually reach when your child starts wheezing, coughing, or struggling to breathe matters.

Don’t wait until it becomes an emergency.

Have an asthma action plan.
Know your child’s triggers.
Keep medications and supplies on hand.
And have a provider you can reach when you need help.

Because when it comes to kids and breathing…
I don’t mess around. 🫶🏼

PANS is one of those things I wish more parents and healthcare providers knew about.

Pediatric Acute-onset Neuropsychiatric Syndrome can cause a child to seemingly change overnight. Severe anxiety, OCD-like behaviors, emotional changes, tics, food refusal, sleep changes, and more can appear suddenly following an infection or other trigger.

And I know this one personally.

One of my own daughters developed PANS after an illness a few years ago, and watching your child go from her normal, happy self to someone struggling in ways you never expected is something I will never forget.

It changed the way I look at sudden behavioral and psychiatric changes in children.

Sometimes “behavioral” isn’t just behavioral. Sometimes there’s something else going on.

If your child has a sudden, dramatic change in behavior, anxiety, OCD symptoms, tics, or other neuropsychiatric symptoms, talk with their healthcare provider and ask questions.

You know your child. If something feels VERY different, it deserves to be investigated. ❤️
