WE FINALLY GET TO ANNOUNCE IT!! 🥹🖤...
Jonathan and I officially opened our own shop: Inertia Tattoo Studio in Alexandria, Louisiana!

This has been quietly taking up basically the entirety of free time for the last couple of months 😂 and seeing it finally finished, knowing that we built this little place together and that it’s actually HAPPENED, feels completely surreal.

I’ve been tattooing professionally for almost 12 years now, and this is a huge new chapter for me.
I’m incredibly excited to have a space that Jonathan and I can shape and mold into our niche environment we want to tattoo in: small, calm, comfortable, personal, and completely focused on our clients

Inertia is a private, appointment only tattoo studio, owned and operated by just the two of us.
There are just two artists here... Me and Jonathan... We each will handle our own clients, schedules, and bookings independently

But! Private definitely does NOT mean exclusive!! No matter if you're new clients, old clients, got weird ideas, big projects, little projects..... Y’all are welcome here. It just means no walkins or traditional shop hours. When you have an appointment with one of us, that time and space is specifically set aside for you

And after everything this year has thrown at me personally... Ifykyk, I don’t think I can adequately explain how much it means to still be standing here in a studio that we somehow managed to build in the middle of it all.
There were definitely moments where life went completely off the rails... A few times! But we kept this moving. Inertia feels more fitting now than it did when we chose the name. 🖤

I also want to say how grateful I am for my time at Black Diamond Collective and for Aaron in particular. I’ve been able to grow and blossom beyond what I could even had envisioned for myself during my time there thanks to the environment, kindness and support Aaron has given me.....I’m leaving with a whole hell of a lot of love for the people I've tattooed beside and the massive chapter of my career I spent building there. I wouldn't be the human nor the artist I am today without Black Diamond ❤️

Going forward, all of my tattoo requests and booking inquiries will go through the website instead of DMs 🙏🏻 I'll be taking a few appts on here and there as I navigate through some health challenges ☺️

Hey there friends!!

I’ve been getting quite a few messages asking when my books will be opening again, so I figure its time for an update...

As many of you already know, I’ve recently been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer.
The good news is that it’s slow growing and we have a plan!!

The down side is that this plan involves a pretty major surgery, a long recovery and potentially additional treatment afterwards. I do not honestly know what this time line will look like right now

Sooo unfortunately, my books are going to remain closed for a while until I wrap up my cancer rodeo

I was hoping for more cool tattoos & more good memories with yall this year and less surprise body modification courtesy of modern medicine haha

I know this may be quite disappointing, I have been in the middle of several very cool pieces and I truly, deeply appreciate y'all's patience, kindness and the incredible amount of support y'all shown me already. I've felt very fortunate to feel so loved
I’ve spent many years building relationships with so many of you through some of the best and worst times of life and y'all are much more than appointments on a calendar to me

For now though, all appointments I have made are good!!! Unless you hear otherwise from me directly 😁

I’ll continue sharing updates when I feel up to it...and when the time comes to open my books again, you’ll definitely hear me screaming about it!! ☺️😉I plan to do some revamping on my booking process when it is time to reopen books again

✨BOOKS OPENING ANNOUNCEMENT✨

Hey ! My books will open this Sunday, February 15th 🎉

📅 Consultations will take place Tuesday, Feb 17th (in person only).

To request a booking:
• Message me on Feb 15th via Facebook or Instagram.
• Include a detailed description of your idea along with any photo references.
• If you’ve messaged me recently and haven’t heard back, please send a fresh message on booking day so it doesn’t get overlooked!

I’ll be reviewing all messages from Feb 15th only. For accepted projects, we’ll schedule an in-person consultation on Feb 17th to lock in your appointment.

⚠️
• A $100 cash deposit is required to book.
• If you miss your consultation, your booking will not move forward.
• I do not accept third-party bookings... I need to speak directly with the person getting tattooed.
• I’ll reply to everyone by Monday afternoon (Feb 16th) to confirm whether your piece has been accepted or if booking is closed.
• I’ll only be booking May and June appointments at this time, so space is limited!

💲 Rates:
• $150/hr – fresh skin
• $175/hr – cover-ups
• Touch-ups: free within 6 months (message me anytime to schedule)

✨ I’m especially excited to take on more black & grey realism portraits (family members, celebrities, etc.), black & grey realism in general, and traditional tattoos.
