Forward head posture?
It’s all about posture, so technically it’s an easy fix.
The body is not a machine, so I don’t want to reduce it down into just single parts.
But like a machine, if pieces are too loose, or too tight, or not in the proper position, we can have abnormal wear and tear that will create damage.
Wolff’s Law states that bone adapt its structure in response to mechanical loads placed upon it.
Increased mechanical loading can stimulate new bone formation. Repeated loading influences bone architecture, and distribution of bone mass.
Your bones adapt to stress!
Altered joint loading➡️Bone remodeling➡️ Potential osteophyte formation
We only get one spine in our lives, so let’s take care of it the best we can and limit abnormal wear and tear.
