Not all wellness habits are created equal—sometimes a single daily ritual makes all the difference.

For the past month, we asked some people to incorporate our **Moon Drops 3k oil** into their daily routines to feel the difference for themselves. Here's what they experienced after a month of consistent use:

> "Not even joking that was the best sleep I’ve had in a long time after taking that!! Excited to continue taking it."
> — Megan Elizabeth

> "Day 30: Final day. Overall, I feel like C*D has been a positive experience for me. I didn't get the strong high associated with THC edibles, but I consistently preferred the calmer, clearer feeling. I feel better than I did when I started, and I can see why C*D works well as part of a routine."

# # # **The 30-Day Takeaways**
**Better Sleep:** Fall asleep easier and wake up feeling refreshed.
**Balanced Mood:** Smooth out daily stress without feeling sluggish or unfocused.
