Some of the best mornings start with a warm cup of coffee and a neighbor who knows your name.

On Saturday, residents at Lakeside Crossing, our lakeside community in Kyle, stopped by the office for Coffee, Bagels & Raffle. There were fresh bagels, full mugs, and a few lucky neighbors who went home with a YETI cup or a gift card. Many residents also recorded short videos about what they love most about living here.

That's the heart of Roberts Communities: a home of your own, surrounded by people who are glad you're here.

Been thinking about coming to see us? Consider this your friendly little sign! No pressure and definitely no sales pitch, we promise. Just come walk around one of our communities, meet a few neighbors, and picture your family getting settled in before fall really gets going.

Honestly, ten minutes on site tells you so much more than any website ever could. Find a Roberts community near you and come on by. We would love to show you around!

Ask around about why people love living at Oak Ranch, and they almost never start with the house. They start with the people! The neighbor who grabs your packages, the kids who run around in a happy little pack, the friendly wave you get before you even know somebody's name.

That is the really good stuff, and it is the part you have to come feel for yourself. Come meet the folks who make our communities feel like home. https://hubs.ly/Q04wFPJ30

The clubhouse has truly seen it all. Birthday parties, quiet coffee mornings, game nights, and all the little get-togethers where neighbors turn into good friends. It is kind of the living room for the whole community, and the door is always open.

Come check one out, save the date for the next event, or just pop in and say hello. There is almost always something fun going on. https://hubs.ly/Q04w4L5v0

You will probably meet one of our team members before just about anyone else, and trust us, that is a wonderful way to start! The people who care for our communities keep everything running, know the families by name, and always have a smile ready to go.

They truly care about this work, and you can see it in a hundred little ways every single day. Thank you to our teams for everything you do. Come say hi next time you are on site!

What a way to send off summer at Lakeside Crossing! Thank you to everyone who came out to our Back to School Bash on the back patio. There were full plates, happy kids, and neighbors catching up before the busy season kicks in. Moments like these are what make this place feel like home.

Here is to a great school year ahead, and to many more get-togethers to come. We loved seeing you all!

The water slides were up. The hot dogs were on the grill. And 100 backpacks were packed and waiting.

The Back to School Bash at Loma Vista was one of those Fridays that reminds you why this community works the way it does. Our team spent the week shopping, filling bags, and getting the grounds ready. More than 200 neighbors showed up. The school supply bags went out in what felt like minutes, and the kids got one more afternoon of summer before the alarms start going off again.

There's something about watching a community's kids grow up that stays with you. They'll remember these Fridays. Their parents will remember Loma Vista as the place where their family did its growing up, in a neighborhood that felt safe from the very first day.

Big thanks to the entire Loma Vista team in Austin. This is the Roberts Communities way, showing up, doing the work, and making the kind of memories that stick around long after the water slides come down.

You can always find the playground by following the sound of happy kids! Ours stay busy with brand-new best friends, big imaginations, and a whole lot of 'just five more minutes, pleeease.' There is so much room to run around, and watching the little ones have this much fun might just be the best part of the day.

Come let them burn off some energy this weekend. Fair warning, you might make a few new friends yourself while you are at it. https://hubs.ly/Q04ry-3t0

Good news for the four-legged members of the family: you are very welcome here. Wagging tails are a regular sight on our streets, and there is plenty of room for morning walks and making new furry friends.

Because a home is not really home without the whole family, paws included. Come see one of our communities with your best buddy in mind.

07/29/2026

Is there any better way to beat the summer heat than a splash pad? The kids sure do not think so! It has been the go-to spot all season for squeals, giggles, and happily soaked sneakers, right at home with no long drive required. This is the kind of simple summer fun our communities are made for.

Come see why it is everyone's favorite hangout when the temperature climbs.
