A Little Pause, A Beautiful New Chapter

Dear Restorative Zen & Wellness Family,

I’m taking a little time away from the office as I step into one of life’s most beautiful new chapters

MATERNITY LEAVE 🤍

As I prepare to welcome my little one, I want to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude to each and every one of you who has supported me, trusted me, booked with me, shared my business, and continued to show up for Restorative Zen & Wellness throughout this journey. Having your support has meant more to me than I can put into words. It has allowed me to grow not only as a practitioner and business owner, but also as a person and I am incredibly grateful to have such wonderful clients along for the journey.

While I’m away, I hope you’ll take some time to slow down, breathe deeply, and continue giving yourself the same care and compassion that you so generously give to others.

The doors of Restorative Zen & Wellness will be waiting to welcome you back when I return...I'll look forward to reconnecting, hearing how you’ve been, and creating a peaceful space for you to rest, restore, and feel cared for once again.

Thank you for your patience, your understanding, your kindness, and most of all, for being part of this journey with me. 🤍

With so much gratitude and love,
Britt - Restorative Zen & Wellness

See you on the other side of this beautiful new beginning!

The NADA Protocol is a simple, powerful ear acupuncture practice used around the world to support healing—physically, mentally, and emotionally. 🌿

This 5-point protocol is known to help:

• Reduce stress and anxiety
• Support addiction recovery and reduce cravings
• Improve sleep quality
• Ease symptoms of trauma and PTSD
• Promote emotional balance and grounding
• Support detoxification processes
• Reduce irritability and agitation
• Enhance focus and mental clarity
• Provide relief from withdrawal symptoms
• Encourage a sense of calm and well-being

NADA is often used in group settings, individual or clinic creating a quiet, supportive space where the body can reset and restore.

The NADA protocol (5-point ear acupuncture) can be used on children of all ages, including infants and neonates, typically for treating withdrawal, trauma, and stress. It is a safe, non-verbal intervention adaptable for pediatric patients, with some practitioners using gold magnetic beads on babies rather than needles

✨ Gentle. Accessible. Effective. Safe for Kids & Pregnancy.

Whether you're navigating stress, recovery, or simply seeking balance, the NADA Protocol offers a moment to pause, regulate, and reconnect.
