Itās been a while since Iāve introduced myself here, and now that I have a little more alphabet soup behind my name I thought this was the perfect time! š©š»āš
Iām Sara, owner of AK Beautiful You, and I recently completed my graduate degree and became a board certified nurse practitioner! There were a lot of late nights, clinical hours, and weekends spent studying along the way. Iām proud to have reached this milestone and so grateful for everyone who cheered me on.
I was born and raised in Anchorage, and Iāve spent the last 18 years doing something I love: helping people feel confident with natural, refreshed results.
Even after nearly two decades in aesthetics, I still get excited about learning. Continuing my education has always mattered to me, whether thatās going back to school, learning an advanced injection technique, or digging into the research behind a treatment. I want to keep growing and bring the best of what I learn back to you.
Iām also Alaskaās only Allergan Medical Institute trainer. That means I teach other medical professionals how to assess faces, plan treatments, and safely inject BotoxĀ® and fillers. I love teaching, and I learn something along the way every time, too.
Those of you who know me know Iāll give you my honest opinion. Weāll talk about what bothers you, what your options are, and what makes sense for you. I want you to look in the mirror and feel good while still looking like yourself.
Outside of work, Iām mom to Joe, Brooke, and Luke, mom in law to Ale and Ted, and grandma to Christopher, Carmen, Teddy, and Tommy. ā¤ļø My family is my why. I also love an adventurous trip, a little shopping for the perfect pair of shoes, and a good glass of ch*****ne, preferably with The Chad somewhere fun! š„
To my longtime patients, thank you for your trust, your stories, and all the laughs over the years. Getting to know you has been the highlight of my career. And I sincerely thank you for cheering me on through this latest chapter.
