✨ Client Results Speak for Themselves ✨
“I feel like I have 10 pounds lifted off my back. It’s crazy how much better I feel. Thank you for getting me in! ”

This is why I love offering Gua Sha therapy. 💚
Gua Sha is a gentle technique that helps improve circulation, release muscle tension, and support the body's natural healing process. The temporary redness you see in the photo is called sha and is often a sign of stagnant tissue and restricted circulation being brought to the surface.

Many clients report:
✔️ Less pain and stiffness
✔️ Improved mobility
✔️ Reduced muscle tension
✔️ Faster recovery
✔️ A feeling of lightness and relief

Every body tells a story, and sometimes all it needs is the right support to begin healing.

If you've been dealing with tight muscles, chronic tension, or discomfort that just won't let up, Gua Sha may be exactly what your body has been asking for.

📅 Online booking is now available! You can schedule, reschedule, or cancel your appointments anytime at your convenience.

💥Fascia Friday!💥
Did you know that pain and restricted movement aren't always caused by the muscles themselves?

Your body is wrapped in a web-like connective tissue called fascia. When fascia is healthy, it glides smoothly, allowing muscles, nerves, and joints to move freely. But injury, repetitive stress, inflammation, or surgery can create scar tissue and adhesions that cause the fascia to become restricted.

As shown in the image, healthy fascia has space and flexibility. Bound fascia becomes tangled and stuck, which can contribute to:
✔ Chronic pain
✔ Reduced mobility
✔ Muscle tightness
✔ Poor posture
✔ Slower recovery

Gua Sha therapy helps break up these restrictions, increase circulation, and encourage healthy tissue remodeling so your body can move and function better.

If you've been stretching, resting, or getting relaxation massages without lasting results, restricted fascia may be part of the problem.

Click the *Book Now* Button to schedule your Gua Sha at Andalusia Massage & Bodywork to restore healthy movement and reduce pain naturally.

Tuesday Truth

Drinking water after your Gua Sha, cupping or massage isn't just a friendly suggestion! 💧✨
During a session, worked muscles release stored metabolic waste. Staying well-hydrated helps flush out these byproducts, reduces post-massage soreness, and keeps your tissues soft and flexible.
Make sure to drink up today! 🌿
