We’re back from Chicago and SCW MANIA and coming home with lots of new ideas and inspiration! 💪✨

It was a full weekend of learning, moving and trying new things, and we’re excited to bring some of what we learned back to share it with you ! ❤️

A perfect way to wind down on our first day of sessions at SCW MANIA in Chicago on Friday night. ✨

After a full day of classes, learning and movement, last night’s Sound Healing class was such a nice change of pace. Recovery and stillness are just as important as the workout. 💛
