We love the Pilates reformer cardio tramp to help return to jumping after an injury. It allows us to functionally put into practice those toe, hip, and core strengthening exercises we work on.

This moment made me so excited. We have been wanting more space for a step up box for all of the great functional training needed. This moment and many others this week made me want to do a happy dance. It was the moment of goals being crushed; the moment of visions coming to fruition; the moment of being able to help so many more in their healing journey.

As we have been getting ready for the big move (tomorrow) it has been hard to take pause at the awe of the last 9 years in this space, so I did that this morning before that day started. I stretched my body and reflected on all of the support I have had in this space. The incredible clients I have met and been inspired by. The colleagues who have helped me to grow, learn and work harder. The people who gave me a landing spot to start in Brighton. It has not all been sunshine and rainbows but I am focusing on the sunshine and rainbows and how supported I have been here. I am so excited for the next step in this journey, to continue to connect with community and those in need of physical therapists who look at the whole person and our physical needs on a continuum.
