I made a thing. Actually, I made two things. 😊

My new reflexology handbook PDFs are now available:

These handbooks use simple maps of the hands and feet to help people work with the body through pain, stress, emotion, sensation, altered states, integration, and everyday life.

Reflexology has been one of the most meaningful tools in my own healing and in my work with clients. I created these handbooks because I wanted something practical, beautiful, body-led, and easy to use.

PDF downloads are available now, and printed spiral-bound copies with tabs for each map section will be available soon. Training is also available by request, with half-day and full-weekend options depending on the setting and intention.
