You don’t break old patterns by thinking about them. You break them by doing something different. Day five of a 10-day journey to redefine fun and fulfillment, and it’s already interrupting beliefs I didn’t even know were running the show. This is the emotional foundation work we do inside the Site Plan™, my four-week program. DM me “BALANCE” if you’re interested in joining the beta or know someone who might be.

Mother Nature had other plans for Apex Love Local. The rain canceled the outdoor vendors.

But the weather shouldn’t decide who gets to find out where to start their wellness.

So that’s why I’m making The Field Assessment™ wellness scan available virtually, and I’m opening it up to you through Friday. I’m keeping the special event price of $27.

Your scan still enters you to win a FREE coaching session ($47 value). Coaching session must be booked by December 19, 2026.

Want in? Comment “GET STARTED” or send me a DM and I’ll send you the next steps.

Life happened this week, and this one’s coming to you a little later than usual, but I wasn’t going to skip it.

This week’s Foundation Series is here. New episode every Thursday, even when Thursday sneaks up on me too.

Drop ‘movement’ below if you’re catching up on the series.

I’ve watched people (myself included) collapse into bed exhausted and still wake up feeling like nothing happened overnight.

For the longest time I thought that just meant I needed MORE rest. Turns out that wasn’t the problem at all.

This week’s Foundation Series gets into it, and I’m also dropping the name of someone who’s been breaking down different types of rest way better than I ever could. Go check the video.

New episode every Thursday. Drop ‘RECOVERY’ if you’re catching up on the series.

This is the first video in something I’m calling The Foundation Series, where I break down one wellness foundation at a time, starting with the one most people skip completely.

If you’ve ever built something and watched it fall apart even when you did everything “right,” this one’s for you.

New episode every week. Drop ‘FOUNDATION’ below if you want to go deeper.

Coming Thursday. YES, like tomorrow Thursday!!

The layer most people skip when they start their wellness journey, and why it’s the reason things keep falling apart.

First episode of The Foundation Series drops Thursday at noon! Set a reminder.

I’ve been sitting on this for weeks because I wasn’t sure how to say it without sounding like I was calling people out.
But this is too important to keep dancing around.
This is the first video in a series I’m calling The Foundation Series — where I break down, one at a time, what most people get wrong before they even start.
Full video drops Thursday.
Drop ‘foundation’ below if you want in.
