Rick knew he wanted a different kind of life and committed himself to make it happen.

Through his persistence and hard work he has improved his health, gained strength, and lost body fat. He improved his mobility and functional ability so that he’s able to do things he hasn’t been able to do in many years including deep squats, sitting and moving while he’s on the floor to play with his kids, shoulder mobility for overhead movements, and the ability to do hard work without fear of pain afterwards.

Great job, Rick! It’s a joy to be working with you.

The rain was so hard that it came in through closed windows leaving part of a room saturated.

Time to pull up the gym flooring and clean this up to the best of our abilities…

We’d been away celebrating our anniversary when the storm came. Sure, it’s an inconvenience to come back to - but that’s it. A little inconvenience.

All I can think about is the many who lost their home or their businesses entirely.🌪️The many who have so much more to deal with in loss, repairs, lifestyle inconveniences, etc.

The storm rages on even after the storm itself ends…

But you’re not alone! Our prayers continue for all of you.🙏🏼And please reach out if you or someone you know needs help in any way. If we can’t be there physically, then we can point you towards resources available to you.

HAPPY FATHERS DAY to all you amazing Dads out there!!💫👏🏼we hope you have a beautiful day and a perfect mix of fun and relaxation with loved ones🫶🏼

David, Danny is so lucky to have a papa like you to watch, to snuggle and to play with. Your godly love and leadership in his life is something I’m forever grateful for🙏🏼

People often tell us “you could be growing your business faster if you did this …or this…or this…”

But, just like proper training💪🏼, it’s not always about moving faster. Sometimes is about steadiness. Thank you for your steadiness. For being our rock in the storms and our compass in this ever-changing, distracting world.

We don’t get these early years with Danny-boy back. Thank you for prioritizing our son’s health, your relationship with him (and me!) and demonstrating what it means to be a good steward of all that God has entrusted to you.

I’m sure we will get back to another season of hustle & bustle. But for now, I’m so thankful that these past couple Father’s Days, you can look back and remember all the nights walking in the door hearing the pitter-patter of little feet running to greet you.

We love you so much. 💕 🧑‍🧑‍🧒
