As we wrap up National Su***de Prevention Month, we would like to remind you that you are not alone!
If you feel like you or someone you love is struggling, don't stay silent: speak up and seek out help from those in your circle. If you don't feel comfortable talking to someone close to you, reach out to one of the many mental health resources for those struggling. If you are in an immediate crisis, 988 is available to text or call 24/7.
