Okay, fine. We’re spilling our secrets.

Everyone’s always asking us why our massage tables are so ridiculously cozy… so we thought we’d let you in on our little secret. 🐑

New Zealand sheepskins! We love incorporating natural materials into our space, and these fluffy little gems add an extra layer of warmth and softness to every session.

Our goal? To have you feeling like a cozy little caterpillar tucked into your own personal cocoon, wrapped in warmth, cared for with aloha, and blissfully unaware of what day it is.

Getting you off the table afterward? That’s another story. 🤍

Well… apparently I still remember how to massage…😂🌺

After about nine months away from the table…I’ve been mostly behind the scenes, focusing on the admin side of our businesses 🤪💞

Then we had our annual event coming up on Saturday, and I thought, Oh sh*t…I should probably make sure I still know what I’m doing!! 😂

So Friday night, I made my husband get on the table at Spa by the Sea for a little practice session. I was honestly a little nervous that I’d forgotten how to massage! 😳

But the moment I started, it felt like coming home! 🫶

And then Saturday, I got to massage at this beautiful event we’ve been part of for years. It was so lovely to give, connect, and be back doing the work I genuinely LOVE! ❤️

It felt SO good to massage again!! 💃 no matter what happens in life, I feel so blessed to know that I can ALWAYS return to this practice and feel WHOLE! Lomi for LIFE!

🍁 Happy Fall, everyone! 🍁

Fall is my absolute favorite time of year!

There’s something about the crispness in the air, the cooler mornings and evenings, the changing light, the colors, the smell of the leaves… everything seems to invite us to slow down just a little ❤️

After the fullness and busyness of summer, fall feels like a natural time to turn inward. To settle into new rhythms. To take a breath. To notice what our bodies and minds might be asking for.

It’s also a season of abundance and harvest—a beautiful reminder to appreciate what we’ve grown, gathered, and created, and to make a little space for what’s next! 🍃

Before we know it, November and December arrive and it’s go, go, go… party, party, party! 😂😬

I look at Fall is your little window to pause…

A massage.
A cozy bath with some Briana Wiles goodness, ofcourse! 🛁
A warm cup of tea. 🍵
A quiet morning.
A walk among the changing trees. 🍁
A good book.
A little more sleep.
A little less rushing.

Whatever “turning inward” looks like for you, I hope you give yourself some of it this season.

Happy Fall!! 🍂 May it bring you a little softness, a little grounding, and a whole lot of goodness!!

With love,
Arcata Lomi/Spa by the Sea Ohana

WHAT ARE PEOPLE SAYING ABOUT US?! 🌺

Meet Tiffany 🌷

We’ve spent the last couple weeks introducing you to the beautiful humans who make up the Arcata Lomi family, and then I realized…I should probably introduce myself too! Lol

One client expressed:

“Arcata Lomi Massage is hands down my number one choice for massage. From the moment you step foot into Tiffany’s magical healing space you are transported. Her attention to detail is impeccable with sparkling beautiful decor and the coziest massage table with the highest quality sheets. Tiffany is warm, magnetic and you instantly feel her love and beautiful energy. Often when getting a massage with a new practitioner I am very in my head, spending time wondering if I am going to enjoy the massage and if it is going to get better…not with Tiffany. She instantly pulled me out of my head and into my body with the most intuitive massage. The vibe is high and refreshing, with beautiful Hawaiian music playing which at one point actually transported me to feeling like I was in a hammock on the Island. She accents her healing touch with amazing oils, hot towels, bells...it’s truly the full spectrum experience. This was the best massage I’ve had since my time in Bali many years ago and I can’t recommend Tiffany enough. She is the best!”

Arcata Lomi has been such a huge part of my life, and one of the things I’m most grateful for is the incredible community of practitioners who have come through these doors and helped shape what this place has become! 🔥

I feel so lucky to have cultivated this little family of talented, caring, wildly unique humans. Each person brings something different to the table, and together they make Arcata Lomi what it is.

To all of our practitioners—thank you for being here, for caring for our clients, and for bringing your own magic into this space. And to everyone who has supported Arcata Lomi over the years: THANK YOU! 💗

I’m so damn grateful for all of it!
