One year of Continuum 🤍

It’s kind of crazy to think that a year ago I was opening these doors for the first time, hoping people would walk through them.

And you did.

You trusted me with your babies, your families, your friends, and yourselves. You told people about me, shared my posts, celebrated the little wins with me, and gave this dream a chance to become something real.

This year has stretched me, surprised me, and meant more to me than I could ever fit into a caption.

I really just feel lucky that I get to do this every day.

Thank you for supporting this girl and her dream. I’ll never take it for granted. 🤍

School-aged kids might not walk into my office saying, “My nervous system feels overwhelmed.” 😂

But their bodies can give us clues.

Maybe sleep has changed. They seem more tense after sitting all day. They’re suddenly a little more awkward or uncoordinated during a growth spurt. Or their system just seems to be having a harder time keeping up with everything being asked of them.

That’s why when I assess a kiddo, I’m not only asking “Where does it hurt?”

I want to know how they’re sleeping, moving, adapting, and handling the demands of their everyday life.

Because pediatric chiropractic isn’t just about babies, and it definitely isn’t just about back pain. 🤍

Those tiny mouths are doing a LOT of work. Feeding, latching, sucking, swallowing, coordinating, learning.

Intraoral work is one of the gentle tools I may use when supporting tension and function in my littlest patients, always based on what I find during their individual assessment.

Because truly… I just want the best for you!
