My last spoon at 3pm, surrounded by laundry, emails, and a pharmacy call I've been avoiding for a week. 🥄

If you live with a chronic illness, you know spoon math is real and some days there just aren't enough to go around. But the to-do list doesn't care and choosing what gets your energy can feel impossible.

What's the first thing you let the seagulls have when you're running low? 👇

If you're looking for tips or support on managing your energy for daily life when living with a chronic illness, our communities swap tips on this all the time, from what they let slide to how they explain spoons to people who don't get it. Find your support community on Inspire 💙

🦴1 in 2 women and up to 1 in 4 men over 50 will break a bone because of osteoporosis.

It’s often called a “silent” disease because many people don’t know they have it until a fracture happens. After a diagnosis, there’s a lot to figure out, from treatment options to staying active without worrying about the next fall.

This World Osteoporosis Day, connect with others navigating it too in our Bone Health & Osteoporosis Support Community, created in partnership with the Bone Health & Osteoporosis Foundation.

🧠 Why is migraine considered a disability? Because it’s so much more than “just a headache.”

A migraine can last anywhere from 4 hours to 3 days. It can bring nausea, vomiting, and sensitivity to light, sound, and smell. Some people lose part of their vision, have trouble speaking, or feel numbness before the pain even starts. Many are wiped out for a day or more afterward.

For people with chronic migraine, that means 15 or more headache days a month. That’s half their month spent planning around symptoms no one else can see.

This , we want you to know you're not alone. Our free Migraine Support Community on Inspire connects you with people who already understand what you’re going through who share tips, advice, and compassion with each other.

Menopause is about more than hot flashes. 🥵 This World Menopause Day is about shining a light on pain in midlife, something that doesn't get talked about nearly enough.

Joint and muscle aches, migraines, pelvic discomfort, and flare-ups of existing conditions are all part of many women’s experiences during perimenopause and menopause. These changes can be easy to brush off or hard to explain, even to providers. If you’ve noticed new or worsening pain during this stage of life, you’re not alone, and your pain is real.

Sometimes the most helpful insight comes from people who’ve been there. At Inspire, we're proud to partner with the National Menopause Foundation to provide our free, online Menopause Support Community, where you can ask the questions you’re not sure how to bring up, hear what others have tried, and find support from people who truly understand, any time of day.

It’s National Mammography Day 🩷🎗️

Mammograms can feel a little intimidating, especially if it’s your first one. So we put together some things to know before your next screening: why catching it early matters so much, who should be getting screened, what to do if you get a callback, and what the appointment is actually like.

Swipe through, save it for later, and share it with someone who’s due 💕

Waiting on results, just got a callback, or navigating a new diagnosis? You don’t have to go through it alone. Our online breast cancer support community is full of people who’ve been there and are happy to share what helped them.

Did you know women can lose up to 20% of their bone density in the first 5–7 years after menopause? 🦴

As estrogen drops, bone loss can speed up, raising the risk of osteoporosis, a condition where bones become weak and more likely to break. It often has no symptoms until a fracture happens, which is why it’s worth talking about early.

This Menopause Awareness Month, we're excited to team up with our partners at the Bone Health and Osteoporosis Foundation for an Ask the Expert event on Bone Health & Menopause. Bring your questions about bone loss, nutrition, and staying strong through this stage of life.

From October 19–23, these two experts will be answering your questions:
🩺 Kristi Tough DeSapri, MD, board-certified internist at Bone and Body Women’s Health
🥗 Heidi Skolnik, MS, CDN, FACSM, nutrition expert and author of the NYT bestseller Your GLP-1 Game Plan

Questions can be posted from now until the 23rd. Head to the link in our profile to ask yours on Inspire.
