πŸ”Ž NOW SEEKING: REAL PEOPLE, REAL STORIES, REAL CONVERSATIONS

I'm looking for my first featured individual of 2026 for Pathways to Peacefulness! πŸ’š

My mission is to bring awareness to mental health by exploring different perspectives, professions, and life experiences. I want to highlight the people behind the work, the challenges they face, and the mental and emotional side of their journeys.

I'm currently seeking individuals in areas such as:

- 🧠 Children's psychologists and mental health professionals
- πŸ“š Teachers and specialists who work with children with dyslexia, ADHD, and other learning differences
- πŸ₯— Nutritionists and children's nutrition professionals
- 🌸 Professionals who support women through perimenopause and midlife changes
- πŸ’‰ Knowledgeable professionals who can discuss weight-management treatments and their impact on overall well-being
- πŸ³οΈβ€πŸŒˆ Members of the LGBTQ+ community willing to share their stories and perspectives
- πŸ’Ό Sales professionals and brand builders willing to discuss the mindset, pressure, rejection, and mental health challenges behind selling and growing a business

With Dyslexia Awareness Month and Breast Cancer Awareness Month taking place in October, I'm especially interested in conversations that bring awareness, understanding, and a human perspective to topics that matter.

PLEASE NOTE: Serious interview inquiries only. This is an opportunity to be featured and share your knowledge, professional experience, or personal story. I am not seeking sales pitches, business solicitations, or requests to purchase services.

πŸ“© Interested in being featured? Email me at [email protected] with the subject line:

β€œPATHWAYS FEATURE 2026 β€” [Your Name/Area of Expertise]”

Please include a brief introduction, the topic you'd like to discuss, and why your perspective would be valuable to this conversation.

Let's make room for stories that educate, encourage, and remind people that mental health is part of every journey. πŸ’š

πŸ’‘ Thursday Thought Process | When Did Purpose Become a Performance?

Stop requiring performance as proof of purpose.

That statement really made me stop and think.

How much of our lives do we spend
trying to prove that we are worthy?

Prove that we're successful.
Prove that we're valuable.
Prove that we're needed.
Prove that we're good enough.
Prove that we belong.

And somewhere along the way, we can turn our lives into one long performance.

We perform at our jobs.
We perform in relationships.
We perform for our families.
We perform on social media.

Sometimes, we even perform for ourselves.

We convince ourselves that if we can just do more, accomplish more, tolerate more, achieve more, or be more, then we'll finally feel like we have purpose.

But here's the light-bulb moment:

Something ending does not automatically mean you failed.
A job ending doesn't mean you weren't valuable.

A relationship ending doesn't mean you weren't lovable.

A friendship ending doesn't mean you weren't worthy of being a friend.
A chapter closing doesn't mean the entire story was a mistake.

Sometimes something ends because it has reached the end of what it was meant to teach, give, or be in your life.
And I have had to learn this myself.
I've stayed in places I knew weren't for me.

I've tolerated things I knew were costing me too much.

I've questioned my own value because something didn't work out the way I thought it should.

And sometimes what I was really doing was performing for acceptance.
Trying to prove that I deserved to be there.

Trying to prove that I was enough.
Trying to prove that I could make something work.

But purpose shouldn't require you to constantly prove your worth.
You don't have to perform your way into being valuable.

Maybe the real work isn't figuring out how to become someone worthy of purpose.

Maybe it's learning to recognize that you already have worth and from that place, you can begin discovering what purpose actually looks like for you.

So today, I want you to ask yourself:

πŸ’‘ Where in my life am I performing for acceptance instead of living from authenticity?
