- Increase your fruits and veggies intake.
- How much sleep do you get?
- Participate in some sort of exercise daily - e.g., Jazzercise, walking, swimming, yoga.
- Learn to meditate.
- Get a spa treatment.
- Take a break from social media.
- Spend time outside.

We strive to provide class times that fit a majority of our students schedules. Your response to adding our M/W 5:00 PM was overwhelming, howeverr the attendance does not reflect the response. Is it just because it is summer or do we need to tweak the time?

We want to take advantage of the ability to live stream through the rest of 2021 by testing out a 45 minute 6:00 AM class Monday & Wednesday.

This months health tip - and challenge - is on drinking water. This article from Harvard Medical School points out the many benefits of drinking water:

- carrying nutrients and oxygen to your cells
- flushing bacteria from your bladder
- aiding digestion
- preventing constipation
- normalizing blood pressure
- stabilizing the heartbeat
- cushioning joints
- protecting organs and tissues
- regulating body temperature
- maintaining electrolyte (sodium) balance.
