The landlord may seem to arbitrarily require more personal information than you anticipated or may come up with demands that could kill your deal. My best tip is to treat the tenant application process like any other professional presentation. Prepare your application and support your position with financial information such as professionally prepared tax returns, personal financial statements, references and anything else the landlord may initially request. This is where quality and strong initial presentation counts.

The LOI is often the first big expression of intent by the buyer of his/her seriousness to enter into a purchase transaction with the seller. The LOI strategy is important. Welcome to the firm’s page! I am S. Natasha Gillis, principal of The Gillis Firm, PLLC. My practice focuses on representing medical and dentists as well as helping service-based small businesses with their legal needs. My guilty pleasure is to walk around town and point to each business that I represent. It makes me proud to know that I have helped several brilliant business owners achieve what most people consider a dream. We are a boutique law firm providing services exclusively to businesses and their owners. From start up through partnership changes and acquisitions, I handle it all. I represent businesses from diverse backgrounds with a heavy focus on medical and dental practices. A sampling of services that I personally provide include:
