Hello everyone, we're happy to be back! We are officially open and are excited to see our members get back to their weekly sessions. Due to the pandemic, we have put a number of health safety practices in place that we wanted to share with you all.
We have strict social distancing measures with only one member per session, a Vollara air filter installed, as well as sanitizations of equipment and machinery with MicroSure disinfectant (kills COVID-19, H1N1, influenza, etc. for 90 DAYS after treatment) after each session.
With these in place, we are here to not only keep you healthy and safe but also ensure that you can benefit from our strength training. Come by for a visit to see everything we have to offer because we've got your back!

As you know, most local businesses have been asked to close in an effort to flatten the curve of COVID-19 spread. I have been grappling with the decision of what to do next to support you, our community, and our employees. We have made an extremely difficult decision to close our center temporarily starting tomorrow, Wednesday (3/18) for the next 14 days to do our part. In my heart, even though I know that OsteoStrong sessions support your immunity and strength I know this is the right thing to do. I don’t want to put our members and member's families at risk.
I got into this business because I wanted to help people and I truly care about everyone that walks through our doors. I am committed to continuing to be doing that during and after this crisis is over.
We are asking for all of your support. If you are financially able, please stay active with your local memberships through this. By simply staying active and trusting us to do as much as we can to serve you, you could save many local businesses.
My family and I are doing our best to stay positive through this and see the opportunity in the struggle, because we know that is always available. This too shall pass and will leave us stronger than when we started.
