Be sure to see these doctors first!
Studies have shown that sedentary jobs and unhealthy lifestyles can lead to obesity, type 2 diabetes, some types of cancer, cardiovascular disease, and even early death.

How I transformed my health and saved my life.
The picture on the left was me when I was in my late 30’s.
A single mom, overweight, unhappy, stuck in survival mode, and doing what I needed to make things work for my daughter and me.
I looked ok on the surface but honestly, I was dying on the inside.
I felt anxious, stressed out, sad, lost and scared, while I was trying to survive one failed relationship after another after another.
I was numbing my feelings by over eating, smoking ci******es, and drinking alcohol almost every day.
I was just praying for someone to come and love me enough to save me. But the harsh reality was this:
No one was coming to save me.
Then, after I turned 37, I was diagnosed with diabetes.
This was the wake up call that I needed to light a fire in me and I knew I had to make changes.
I had to get healthy for my daughter because she was the only thing that mattered to me.
I knew that in order for me to change, I had to start loving myself.
Fast forward to today, I lost 30 lbs, I quit smoking and drinking heavily, and I reversed my diabetes.
Today, I am the healthiest and the happiest I’ve ever been.
So what was the secret to making my transformation? It was 100% mindset.
I had to literally imagine my old self was dying in order for me to allow the change to happen.
I didn’t wait until I reached my goal weight, quit drinking and smoking, or find someone to love me to be happy.
The actions and behaviors I took were as if I was already that person I always wanted to be.
I learned to enjoy my journey and be happy along the way.
I visualized my new self every single day.
I am confident. I am healthy. I am loved. I am happy. I am worthy. I am a f*cking badass!
Thank you for reading this and letting me be completely honest and vulnerable.
I am sharing my story with you because someone out there may resonate with it.
If that’s you, then just remember you can do it because YOU ARE WORTH IT!!
If you are struggling with your mindset, please remember my inbox is always open.
Have a beautiful day, and remember to love yourself 💜💜💜
Is meal prepping part of your ritual?
The key to making progress towards your health goals is consistently getting better nutrition.
Eating healthy is hard work and it doesn’t just happen after you decide you want to do it.
How many times do you set a goal of eating healthy but then life happens to us and we put it off, or half-ass it, or do it but it causes so much stress that you only do it once or twice?
The best advice I can give you is that eating healthy doesn’t have to be an “all or nothing approach.”
But it doesn’t just happen by chance.
If you have good food in your fridge, you are way more likely to eat good food!
Start small and as you practice it more, you will get better and more efficient.
What if you made even one or two extra meals next time you cooked?
You would be improving your chances of eating healthier tomorrow!
Who’s ready to start making meal prepping part of your ritual?

So I’ve been struggling trying to process yesterday’s news and I can feel all the stress building up in my body.
It’s not healthy to hold onto this stress so I’m going to share a tool that I use to release stress from my body.
This is called heart focused breathing.
Use it as often as you need to and please take care of yourself. Let’s spread love to one another, not hate.
Love,
Claire 💜💜💜
What does your schedule look like?
Have you scheduled time for yourself? If not, why?
One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned from my health journey is that we always schedule the things we consider high priority.
For example, a meeting with a client, deadlines for work, bills we have to pay, errands, teacher meetings, school events with kids, etc.
Everything else that we want to do for ourselves often gets pushed when we don’t feel like it, or when life gets hectic.
If we start living our life with intent, we empower ourselves to live more authentically, more on purpose, and more content.
So my advice to you is this- schedule time for yourself.
Schedule JOY right now onto your calendar each day and think of it like you are the CEO.
CEO’s don’t cancel!!
Peace, love, and happiness to you ✌️💜🥰

Here are 3 ways to shift your mindset if you struggle with body confidence and lack motivation:
1. Watch your words
Is your inner voice encouraging or critical?
Does it notice all of the good things and things you love about yourself?
Or are you focused on the negative and things you don't like?
One of the most important things you can do is learn to shut down your inner critic and redirect it to notice your POSITIVE traits.
2. Curate your social media
You might not realize it when it’s happening, but your social media feed(s) can play a bigger role than you think in your confidence, self-esteem, and mood.
Seeing a constant barrage of posts and images that make you feel like you don’t measure up ... and it can leave a mark on your self-confidence and mental health.
3. Focus on what your body CAN do
When it comes to health and fitness, our culture is consumed with weight and appearance.
The problem with that is when you focus on external validation – things outside yourself – it strips you of your power.
You end up relying on the scale, the mirror, and other people to tell you how you feel about yourself.
What if instead, you took pride in all of the amazing things your body CAN do – and loved it for all of its strength, power, and resilience?
This is a radical shift in thinking – but incredibly empowering.
Do this instead👇👇👇
Think of 5 ways your body supports you every day (this can include breathing, moving, etc.).
THEN … come up with 5 different ways you can help love and support your body, as it works hard and goes through the actions it takes to support YOU!
IDEAS: Getting enough sleep, taking a few extra minutes to stretch every day, meditating, breath work, reading books and listening to podcasts that inspire you, etc.
Let me know if you find this helpful 👍 and be sure to share with someone you love 💜
Can I tell you a story about this wall painting?
Today was a normal day. I woke up, did my morning meditation, breathwork, and worked out. Same as usual.
Then, after breakfast I decided to go for a walk since the sun was out and the weather was gorgeous.
I ended up walking about 4 miles to the next town over, Camps Bay. I love doing this walk because it’s right next to the coast and it seems like every time I turn the corner there is one amazing view after another!
So I made it to town and I was pretty sweaty and thirsty so I went to check out the Mantra Cafe, well honestly just because of the name lol!
I was seated and I chose a table near the front so I could see the ocean. I sat down and I immediately started baking in the hot sun. So I decided to switch to the seat opposite me, facing away from the sun.
I looked at the menu, ordered some lunch, then started to respond to emails and chat messages, not even aware of anyone around me, or my surroundings.
Something made me put my phone down and I looked up, staring straight ahead of me and I saw the huge painting of naked men running on a beach!
I have never seen such an awesome painting and I was just smiling from ear to ear at the sight lol😂
And to think I had been sitting right in front of it for about 15 minutes without even noticing it!
I’m taking this as a reminder to always be present, notice your surroundings, and shift your perspective often!
Because you never know what could be sitting right before your eyes.
Happy Monday everyone 🥰
Just taking a moment to celebrate myself.
Yesterday, I climbed Lions Head Mountain in Cape Town, South Africa.
For over 2 months, I have been thinking about it, wanting to do it but scared, and dreaming of how amazing I would feel once I did it!
But for 2 months, I was a complete chicken s**t and kept putting it off.
I kept thinking of how I teach my clients to get out of their comfort zones and do the hard things.
The growth they experience after getting uncomfortable is incredibly inspiring to see and also rewarding to be a part of.
Yet my own fears, doubts in myself, and limiting beliefs were creeping in and holding me back.
If you don't go after what you want, you'll never have it. If you don't ask, the answer is always no. If you don't step forward, you're always in the same place.
So I decided to go for it!
What’s something you have been wanting to do but fear has held you back?
