I boiled the chicken breast then sautΓ©ed asparagus and added this salt free herb seasoning. Then I just cut up chicken into cubes and mixed in with asparagus. YummyπŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹

What do I eat for breakfast? Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day and although I love πŸ₯žπŸ³πŸ₯“and all the breakfast foods, my staple is oatmeal because it fuels me up for the day and helps to regulate blood sugar levels so I don't crash or feel tired later. I always opt for steel cut oats because they are less processed and you get more of the good stuff. Get the quick cooking kind just add boiling water, ground flax, ground cinnamon, and vanilla flavored stevia. You can thin out with some almond milk and add your favorite fruit as a topping. There ya go... easiest breakfast ever and it's so yummy πŸ˜‹

It's been a while since I posted anything to social media.

I recently went through a very rough time, perhaps the most challenging time of my life. Out of nowhere I started experiencing anxiety, panic attacks, depression, had trouble eating and sleeping properly, and I just wasn't myself. I was dealing with repressed childhood trauma and after seeking professional help I began to realize I had been living with very unhealthy addictive behaviors which were my coping mechanisms. I was a hot mess and everything that I doing was destroying me on the inside. I was so focused on helping others find happiness that I forgot to love myself 😌 I had this hole in my heart the size of the Grand Canyon and I spent my entire adult life trying to fill it but never knew how to do it.

They say you can't pour from an empty cup and I realized I had depleted myself so much I had nothing left to give. I love helping others but I decided that it was time to ask for help so I could start healing. I found a wonderful therapist, I took time off from work, I let all the negativity out of my life and just focused on taking one day at a time. After months and months of healing myself with yoga, meditation, therapy, training at the gym, and spending time with loved ones I went through the biggest transformation of my life!

Asking for help was the best thing I ever did for myself and I am beyond grateful for those wonderful people who were there for me and helped me get to where I am today.

Today I feel happy, peaceful, loved, strong, and hopeful for wonderful things ahead. I have decided to put my business on hold and I am now a nanny which I absolutely love! I am ready to start the next chapter of my life and I'm excited to be training for my next competition πŸ’ͺ I promise to post progress updates!

Just wanted to give people an update and thank you for reaching out to me. I hope to continue helping people with fitness and health I will find some way I'm sure. I also want to let others know if you are going through hard times it will get better! Love yourself first then love others.

I want to congratulate @pbandpullups on an amazing job yesterday at the WPA Sword of the Titans show!! Anyone who has competed knows all the hard work, dedication, and discipline that it takes to get show ready. This incredible young lady is 15 years old and she set a goal for herself to compete. She had such awesome stage presence and her posing was on pointπŸ™ŒπŸ½

I am truly overwhelmed by the amount of support and congratulations I received yesterday. I truly can’t explain how I feel right now, like a fire has been lit inside of me. This show was my first one, just a warm up. This is just the beginning. I am just getting started. Enjoyed myself last night and now today it’s back on track to improve for the next one in 3 weeks.
Peak week vlog is live now, show day vlog will be on Wednesday, and today I’m filming a post show day mindset and vlog video because I can not possibly explain to you guys how I feel right now through a caption.
I truly have never been so passionate about anything in my entire life. I love bodybuilding so much. I want to give a huge thank you to all of you for supporting me and my coach @paulrevelia for being the best coach I could ever imagine and making my dreams start off on a great note. Also a huge thanks to @fitfoods_with_claire for doing my makeup! And @filipinafit for putting on the show! Also @marissaroyfitness @heather.lifts and @buildingkatie for getting me through the times I doubt myself.
This is just the beginning, and I’ll explain all my thoughts and plans in the vlog. But now it’s back on track and time to improve πŸ‘ŠπŸΌ
