A wise woman once told me, "done is better than perfect." So here it is, my announcement that I have found a beautiful studio space to offer massage to the Asheville community.

This piece has been in progress for years now! Today was only the second time I've gotten to work on it this year (and only my second time painting at all this year!). Life has been very full with my clinical massage program - now that I've graduated, I am grateful for the beautiful weather that means I can get into the studio to reconnect with my Self and the art that flows through me.

A sound bath is a wonderful way to release stress and anxiety and drop into a state of deep, restorative rest.
