Mark the date: November 12, 2026. That’s when a new federal definition of h**p takes effect. Unless Congress acts before then, it will outlaw the vast majority of h**p-derived products sold in America today.

This isn’t a fringe regulation buried in agency rulemaking. It’s federal law, already signed, already on the books. The U.S. H**p Roundtable estimates the new definition would eliminate roughly 95% of existing h**p cannabinoid products.
