This World Mental Health Day, we're sending warmth to everyone in our community who is caring for their mental well-being, and to those who support them along the way. Mental health is part of our whole health, and asking for help is a sign of strength. Help is available! The Board proudly funds a network of mental health and substance use services provided by Appleseed Community Mental Health Center, Catholic Charities of Ashland County, and the Ashland County Council on Alcoholism and Drug Abuse.
