Access to Care. Stronger Communities. 🩺

Thank you to The ELM Foundation for welcoming CNAHSI to today’s Community Connections meeting!

Our own Nicole Kuzmicic joined Clinica Medica Moscati, Community Free Dental Clinic, and HAPPI Health to share local healthcare resources and affordable care options.

We welcome partnerships that help more neighbors get care. Need healthcare? CNAHSI is here to help, regardless of insurance or ability to pay.

Quality care matters. And we’re proud to be recognized for it.
We have earned three HRSA Quality Recognition badges:
• National Quality Leader for Heart Health
• High-Value Care
• Advancing Health Information Technology for Quality

These three badges are the latest recognition of our commitment to providing high-quality care to the patients and communities we serve. For our patients, they’re another reason to feel confident about choosing CNAHSI for their care.

We’re proud of this recognition, and we’ll keep working to provide the level of care our patients deserve.

⁉️ What many people get wrong about accessible healthcare: it does not mean lower quality.

We recently joined Prescription Performance to talk about what really offer. That can include regular medical care, low-cost medicines, screenings, help finding resources and care that works together instead of feeling scattered.

We are required to meet national standards for quality and patient safety. At CNAHSI, that commitment is also reflected in Joint Commission accreditation and national recognition for quality.

Because everyone deserves care they can afford, reach and trust.

🩺🗺️ Healthcare doesn’t have a zip code—and neither should access to it.

Today, we are spotlighting existing work we do with First Stop to bring healthcare directly to people in our community who may face barriers to receiving care.

At First Stop today from 9 AM to 12 PM, there will be:
✅ Healthcare services
✅ Hygiene and care kits
✅ Lunch

This is what caring about people looks like: meeting them where they are and making healthcare easier to reach.

We are grateful for First Stop and the work they do every day to serve our neighbors with dignity and compassion. We also thank our sponors who made this possible!
