Both consultations are comprehensive, and we make sure to cover all the bases so you feel informed and confident in your decision.

The biggest difference? During an in-person consultation, I can perform a pinch test and use a Q-tip to simulate how your eyes may look after blepharoplasty. This gives you a more tangible idea of the potential results!

ORAL SEDATION & if it changes anything about an upper lid blepharoplasty!

It absolutely doesn’t change anything about the outcome of your procedure. The only thing it will change, however, is the ability to drive yourself here and back! We do administer Va**um for patients who are slightly anxious. If this is something you are worried about, it’s always best to bring this up during your consultation!

GLP-1 & Upper Lid Blepharoplasty, let’s talk about it!

I really like this question that comes specifically from people who consult with me that are actively losing weight, have lost some weight, or are currently on a GLP-1 like tirzepetide. The short answer is YES, you can absolutely get an upper lid blepharoplasty in all of these scenarios. Fat loss will not occur in the upper eyelids as it behaves differently from the rest of your facial fat and body fat so you can rest assured that your upper lid bleph can be done in any case!
