This is 27 🧜‍♀️🌟🐚 I belong to the waves

July 11th was my bEARTHday, and I danced into my 27th year of life feeling full of Atlantean goddess energy; rebirthed, rejuvenated, clear in my purpose, divinely aligned & full of gratitude for this life I get to create, love & experience.

Some birthdays I don’t really feel any different. This birthday & the weeks leading up to it… I’ve felt a shift, an upgrade; mentally, emotionally, physically, & spiritually. I feel clear. I feel free. I feel powerful.

As I have been shifting, I’ve been really inclined to really reflect & honor myself where I am right now in this moment - because I may not be the best person in the entire world, but I am the best person I have ever been in my entire life. I am growing & learning & trying to be better everyday, but I’m also really proud of who I am right now.

I feel like I am integrating all of my past lives, past versions of myself, & even future lives & future versions of myself into who I am now - I feel connected to all of it. I feel whole. I feel like my existence is limitless. I feel like I’m grounding into this new year of life as my true, full self.

The transition from 26 to 27 has been a realization that I can accomplish literally anything I put my mind, heart, & energy into. These accomplishments won’t always come easy, the inner and outer work is going to be hard, but it needs to be done and the struggle is worth the outcome; & I have a strong community that loves me unconditionally by my side.

Healing isn’t always heavy - sometimes it’s a dance into the light. That’s exactly what this transition into 27 has felt like 🌟

I got to spend last week having FUN with my love & amazing friends; going to the movies, an epic karaoke night, adventuring at Weeki Wachee springs, powerlifting & my first Muay Thai class, hanging at the beach, snorkeling & eating amazing food all week. It was better than I ever could’ve imagined & I’m so grateful for everyone who made time to celebrate with me, & to everyone who sent birthday wishes & love!💞

I can’t wait for all of the new experiences & adventures 27 is about to bring. Universe, crack me wide open. I’m ready for more life!

This is the energy of Kaylee’s Karma 🫶 bringing you home to yourself with healing that comes from the heart 🥰

Reiki is love. Love is freedom. Freedom is healing. Healing is alchemy. Alchemy is the sacred dance intertwining our humanity with our divinity.

When I connect with Reiki, I feel as if I am dancing between the spirit world & human world. I feel Reiki energy rising up from the Earth, flowing down from Spirit, & beaming from within my heart; & I feel myself move these energies through one world & into the other, intertwined with love, healing, & divine wisdom.

Reiki is like a bridge of healing from the soul of the universe, into our beings. To be a channel for that bridge is the highest honor & privilege, so I take my time to pour my heart into every session, creation, class, & connection.

I wear my heart on my sleeve so when you come into my space, you feel comfortable wearing yours, too. A safe space for EVERYONE to be authentic & vulnerable. I know those intentions are felt when you guys trust me to let me know what’s going on in your lives, help you carry anything too heavy, & then help you release & balance your energies. Thank you for trusting me & putting your heart out right next to mine.🫶

I like to provide an authentic, comforting & unique healing experience to everyone that steps into my space, on & off the table. Even if you are just in my space or on the phone speaking to me there is love, healing, & knowledge being shared!

Being a Reiki Master is not only mastering Reiki tools & techniques, but more importantly letting the Reiki energy master you, guide you, & flow through all areas of your life & being. It’s like Reiki is beaming out of you at all times - always encouraging healing for you & everyone around you!

I can’t promise that I can fix everything - but I can promise you will leave me feeling at least a little bit better. Lighter. Clearer. Loved. Seen. Understood. Hopeful. With a lot more knowledge & understanding of your energy. That’s what it’s all about - learning & healing little by little, while finding joy & curiosity in the human experience every day. Finding your way back home to yourself again & again. With love 🫶
