A little time away from the OR, but still plenty to learn.

Spent last week in beautiful Cancún, Mexico, attending the 16th Annual YellowTelescope Training Seminar.

A great opportunity to connect with colleagues in aesthetic medicine, exchange ideas, and explore new ways to make the patient experience even better.

No matter how long you've been doing this, there's always something to learn, and I think that's one of the best parts of this profession.

Before and immediately after third (first with me) in this awesome 71 year-old patient from Tennessee. Highly complex surgery, required every tool and trick we have in our toolbox. 5 3/4-hour surgery. Used rib grafts, removed all her old cadaver rib grafts as well as Gore-Tex from her nose. Will need HBO treatments for her very sensitive skin that is of poor quality.

Just two weeks after revision rhinoplasty with total septal reconstruction and rib grafting.

This 38-year-old male patient underwent a complex revision procedure that involved rebuilding the septum and using rib cartilage to restore structural support to the nose.

Revision rhinoplasty is about more than appearance. In cases like this, restoring the underlying structure is an important part of the process.

At just two weeks, we're still in the very early stages of healing. Swelling is expected, and the nose will continue to settle and refine over the months ahead.
