Concept of the day: Unilateral Movement🦵
-
A key component of any performance programme.
Working unilaterally forces us to stabilize the midline through core bracing.
Maintaining balance, co-ordination and improving neuromuscular pathways.
In all forms of performance we rarely use both upper limbs and lower limbs in unison….your training should therefore be no different 👊
In all athletes, gym goers and general population, we have imbalances in our musculature.
Working this way enables us to fix these imbalances and make our potential weaknesses our strengths.
Not to mention the strength repercussions you will experience in movements that involve both extremities.
💪Get strong in unilateral movements = Stronger in bilateral movements.
Try them out in your next session and observe the complexity but benefits if you stick at them over time!!

Providing holiday toys and clothes for children and teenagers is often a struggle for many people in the world.
This year, take the step to donate to our inaugural "Toy Drive" - you'll never regret the time and effort you spend on this great cause.
The holidays are a joyous time but for some it is a time of stress and anxiety. In spite of the current pandemic, we are dedicated to deliver joy this holiday season but we need more elves.
We at are reaching out to the masses to help put smiles on as many faces as we can this year. We are asking for dedicated individuals to join our movement by being a drop off/delivery location in the city you're from or currently live in.
Each individual would be responsible for choosing any local orphanages, boys and girls club, schools,etc. who would benefit the most from the donations received.
We currently have helpers in the following locations:
Atlanta-
Birmingham-
New Jersey-
Nashville-
Dallas- .atsby
If you would like to be apart of this incredible experience for your area, please reach out to us and we will send you further instructions. Although we have helpers in the locations listed above, the more the merrier.

Multi-muscle exercise. Wall sits using the med ball in order to activate my quads, glutes, core while implementing hammer curls with external rotation to target my biceps and rotator cuff...burner🔥🔥
Jumping is a necessary movement for most athletic activities. For any athlete the key is to focus on improving coordination, body control and balance in order to increase your height and motion when performing.🐰

For most athletes especially hoopers dunking is a big accomplishment when we talk athleticism.🏀

If you’re interested in increasing your height on the jump. 1️⃣First key is to build your lower body strength, 2️⃣secondly work on your flexibility then slowly progress into plyo style types of training to continue building your jumping form and motion.🤾♂️

Lastly you gotta work on actually jumping with full exertion. Give your body a chance to understand how to withstand forces coming up and down. It doesn’t happen overnight but if you’re an athlete that has the necessary amount of developed fast twitch muscle fibers with proper training your vertical and overall athleticism will improve.📶

Suppression is when you resist and fight against your desires, keeping them as buried and unexpected as possible. - Self discipline is when your highest desires rule your lesser desires, not through resistance but through loving action grounded in understanding and compassion. - So why do people settle?
