The Med Spa’s Front Desk Coordinator responsibilities include: the greeting of all guests, answering phone calls, responding to and booking social media leads, answering guests questions regarding services and products, booking appointments, checking in guests and posting payments.
Position Requirements:
-Must be detail-oriented and have ability to multi-task.
-Ability to be efficient and productive in a luxury, fast-paced environment.-Must possess excellent customer service skills
-Must be a team player, enjoy working with people and possess a friendly and outgoing personality.
•Must have excellent communication skills and computer skills.
- Must have weekend availability.
-Open the store check email and follow up on google sheet lead list
-Send emails describing the PDO procedures
- Learn the product line read and understand all owners manuals of capital equipment
- Research all procedures to understand what spas in the area are offering. Record all emails and
websites to regularly check their offerings
-Send information and before and after pictures to media coordinator along with ideas for
Instagram and Facebook postings.

at sending reports to corporate based on sales activity and revenue collection, understand how
marketing works
-Follow up on the emails sent in the morning with calls in the late afternoon. Then if you have to
leave a message make sure to send a text.
-Create files for fast consistent responses to email leads showing before and after pictures and
Bio’s on the practitioners.
Suggested compensation package:
First 90 days for prior to review, $18.00 per hour. With compensation for lead bookings $50.00 for
trainings and 5$0.00 for clinical bookings.
Five bookings per week from the training leads and two bookings from Facebook posts.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Be on time for shift and maintain consistent, regular attendance record
• Follow company procedures and protocols when performing duties.
• Accurately book, change and cancel appointments.
• Acknowledge and greet everyone who enters and leaves the spa.
• Ensure that the check-in, check-out and payment process is handled in accordance with company policy.
• Be knowledgeable of all med-spa services, products and injectors and be able to answer guests questions with detailed descriptions
