Planning on tailgating this weekend? Follow these tips to help make sure food poisoning doesn't occur.
1. Prepare - Keep meats separate from other foods. Wash your hands, kitchen surfaces, utensils, and cutting boards frequently.
2. Cook - Use a food thermometer to make sure meats are fully cooked. Be sure to keep hot foods hot and cold foods cold.
3. Store - Refrigerate leftovers promptly. Consume or freeze leftovers within 3-4 days.

My brother has been tested positive for lead poisoning...waiting on test results for mold,mildew,and asbestos...He has been in hospital for two weeks not knowing anything.. Hospital finally tested him for toxins..Poison control was contacted this Monday for help,but with no response..I just found out the house he has lived in for three years is full of mod, mildew, asbestos, and lead.. I need some friggin answers from somebody..but keep getting the run around..
