Sometimes the hardest boundary to set is the one that requires you to stop putting yourself last.

Pay attention to the guilt you feel when you say no. Where did you learn that keeping others comfortable was more important than honoring yourself?

Sometimes we become so accustomed to stress that we stop recognizing what it’s doing to us.

The constant overthinking. The exhaustion that sleep doesn’t seem to fix. The inability to sit still without feeling like we should be doing something.

We start calling it our personality, our work ethic, or just the way life is.

But what if some of what you’ve normalized is actually your body asking for support?

Your nervous system is constantly responding to your experiences, and when stress becomes a way of life, finding your way back to ease can feel unfamiliar.

Healing isn’t about being calm all the time. It’s about learning how to move through life’s challenges without constantly living in survival mode.

At The Nova Center, we create space for you to slow down, reconnect, and explore restorative practices such as Reiki, sound healing, and mindfulness.

There are seasons when a woman feels called to come closer to herself… and the journey toward motherhood can be one of the most sacred. 🤍

Over the years, women have come to me at different places in that journey—some before IVF or fertility treatment, wanting to intentionally prepare their womb space emotionally, spiritually and energetically. Others come while trying to conceive naturally, and some during pregnancy, wanting to remain grounded, connected and in harmony with their changing bodies.

And I’ve been blessed to hear beautiful stories afterward—positive pregnancy tests, babies being born, and women sharing how supported and connected they felt along the way.

I hold those stories close because every woman’s journey is her own.

For me, this work is about creating space.

Space to breathe.
Space to release.
Space to reconnect.
Space to nurture the womb.
Space to receive.

Through Reiki, chakra balancing and energy work, I offer a gentle space to support the woman before the treatment, before the pregnancy, and while carrying new life.

Because before all of it… there is you. And you deserve to be nurtured, too. 🌿✨
