Today’s balance class led by our physical therapist, Alyssa, was safe and fun- we call that a success! Alyssa is focusing on teaching balancing skills that are safe to practice in the comfort of the participant’s home. We have 2 classes left: October 5th and 12th at 10am. POV: you start a home health company with your family. We dreamed it, built it, stressed over it, laughed through it… and somehow still love each other (most of the time 🤪)

And of course, the kids have an “office” of their own too because family business means everyone has a workspace 🤣

Staff of Oliver Family Home Health will be teaching a balance class starting on September 21st from 10 am to 10:45 at the Queen City First Baptist church in the FLC. There will be classes weekly on every Monday from 9-21 until 10-5. The classes are free and will be lead by Alyssa Bragg PT,DPT and Allison Oliver MSN, RN. All are invited.
