So excited to be here for the next few days ✨

To all mothers — the ones raising children, holding families together, nurturing animals, tending gardens, offering comfort, wisdom, healing, and love in quiet ways every day... Happy Mother’s Day. 🌿

And to Mother Earth, who holds us all so patiently beneath our feet — thank you for the beauty, grounding, nourishment, and reminders to slow down and return to what matters.

May today hold a little softness, rest, sunlight, and peace for all who give so much of themselves to others. 🤍

May is filling gently, and I only have a few openings left before I step away for some time out of town 🌿

If you’ve been feeling the pull to come in, this is a sweet window to do that.

I’ll be away May 15–25, so these are the final openings before I go.

You can book through the link below or reach out if you need help finding a time 🤍

Today's Mindful Monday is a little different 🌿

I was out in the yard yesterday, barefoot, and noticed a dandelion puff- the soft white kind we used to blow as kids.

I couldn't get it out of my mind so I went back for a picture to share it's beauty. I wondered if it had a message.

All those tiny seeds... waiting for the wind, ready to land somewhere new.

It made me think about this time of year and
how things start to stir again.

Maybe there are seeds in us too...
small ideas, quiet shifts...not quite ready, but on their way.

Later, I decided to make a cup of dandelion tea and I couldn't help but smile as I read the message on the tag of the teabag:

"Talking to plants is one way of talking directly to Spirit."
- Rosemary Gladstar

There’s something about being outside, feet on the ground...not rushing that makes it a little easier to feel what’s beginning.

Moments like these always bring me a little closer...how do you connect with Spirit?

It’s Mindful Monday 🌿

Today’s card:
“You are the sky. Everything else is just the weather.”

There’s a lot moving in the world right now.
Uncertainty… tension… the feeling of not knowing what comes next.

It’s easy to get pulled into the storm of it all.

But this card feels like a quiet reminder—
that what moves around us is not who we are.

Thoughts, emotions, world events…
they come and go, like weather.

It’s Mindful Monday 🌿

Today’s card: " Wherever you are, be there totally."

I am reminded of something a friend once said to me while I was taking pictures out on nature.
She gently pointed out that trying to capture the moment was actually pulling me out of it.
“You’ll have the memory,” she said. “You just need to experience it.”

That stayed with me.

When I went to my son’s wedding, I left my phone in the car.
No photos. No videos. Just being there.

It felt a little strange at first... not having anything to show afterward.
But something else happened instead.
I was fully present.
And so were many of my family members.

We weren’t documenting the moment.
We were in it—together.

There’s a different kind of memory that lives in the body when we allow ourselves to be fully present.

It’s quieter… but deeper.

Wherever you find yourself today,
see if you can soften into it just a little more.

No need to capture it.
Just be there.

Today in my 21-day meditation challenge, I focused on connecting with Cat through the Reiki precept:
Be humble. Be grateful.

I closed my eyes, took a few breaths… and almost immediately felt a clear nudge:
Book a healing session for yourself.

So I did.

When I opened my eyes again, my cat was sitting right on my book.
Of course… I had asked to connect with Cat. 😂

I turned the page to today’s affirmation:

“I take responsibility for my own healing path, but I know to ask for help when I need it.”

Message received.

Thank you, Cat. 😺
