Bon's Class Info Trying to keep track of where I'm going today. :-) You wanna go too? I hope this makes it easier for you to find me & join us at a class!

Since I have classes at different locations including Central Maine Community College Fitness Center in Auburn and MSAD #52 Adult Ed in Turner and different types of classes, I wanted one place to keep my schedule and updates. You can still find my Zumba class information on Zumba.com too.

It's July! 🌭🍔🍤🏖️🇺🇸🥵🌞

Saturdays are going away for a bit while we all enjoy our weekends. Attendance was too low but we love the Saturday morning class so I've moved it to Wednesdays! Slowly adding in Zumba+Lift and combining with Piloxing SSP to keep that going.

This week looks a little different.....
*Tuesday is the last Adult Ed Zumba before summer break.
*Thursday there is no class at The Gym, we will be raising money for The Maine Cancer Foundation with Casey & Kendil in Lisbon from 5:30-7:00.
*Saturday I’m taking Piloxing SSP down to a 40 minute class and adding some Zumba+Lift to finish off the hour. We did it this past Saturday and dang! ❤️‍🔥💪🏻

AND most importantly! - Happy Mother's Day to all you moms, stepmoms, honorary moms, moms of angel babies, daughters, grandmothers, aunts, sisters and also the dads who had to play both roles. I see you. 💖🫂

Saturday's class is going to look a little different! Grab some dumbbells because I'm doing a 45 minute Piloxing SSP class then instead of butts & guts SSP floor work, I'm adding Zumba+Lift floor work! 😱

So excited! And if you're joining virtually & don't have dumbbells, toning sticks would work. If you're joining in person, I have weights available.
