My classes, services, and products are all designed to foster your connection with nature for personal and ecological healing . I absolutely love gathering together in person for community herbalism classes. There is something so special about sharing knowledge, stories, curiosity, and a love for the plants together in the same room. 🌿

My heart always feels so incredibly full after these gatherings, and this morning was no exception.

Thank you, truly, to everyone who joined me for Intro to Herbalism. Thank you for showing up with open hearts and curious minds, for asking thoughtful questions, for sharing your own experiences, and for allowing me to share something I love so deeply with you.

I feel so much gratitude for this little community we are growing together. It is an honor to learn alongside you, to reconnect with the plants, and to create spaces where we can slow down and remember that herbalism is about so much more than herbs. It is about relationship, reciprocity, curiosity, and connection.

Thank you for being here. My heart is very full today. ♥️🥰🌿

Every plant exists within a web of relationships, and our herbal practices become part of that web the moment we cultivate, harvest, purchase, prepare, or consume them.

I don’t think sustainable herbalism requires perfection. It requires us to become responsible stewards and to deeply know the plants and ecosystems from which we gather.

Where did this plant come from? Who else depends on it? How was it grown? How much do I actually need? Could I grow it myself? Could I choose something more abundant?

The goal isn’t to feel guilty about using plants. It’s to become more conscious participants in the ecosystems that sustain us. 🌿
