I have struggled with my weight for as long as I can remember. I reached my highest weight ever in September of last year and was completely disgusted and unhappy with myself. I decided then that I was going to make a change and promised myself I would actually stick to it this time. In the first month I lost 20 lbs like it was nothing, on my own! I was so excited! Then I met Dr. Eaker, and learned about his weight loss program. I was so hesitant at first, but decided to give it a try. I started mid October. From then until now with the help of Dr. Eaker and his wonderful team I have lost an additional 70 lbs!!! 🤗🤗🤗 that's a total of 91 lbs lost since September! I couldn't be more excited. This journey has thought me so many things, not just about losing weight, but about myself, and how to enjoy life again. I'm thrilled to see what the future holds and how this journey will turn out for me!!
To anyone considering this program....today was my 10 weeks on plan.this was the very first week ihave lost any weight. very stressful week.with the support of Melinda and DR.EAKER I left with my head held high!nothing but encouragement from both! plus they reminded me of how far I have come! twenty nine pounds gone !! with this kind of support how can we go wrong? DR.EAKER said tomorrow is a new day! BLESS THIS MAN!
