This patient is 7 months post-op from a primary breast augmentation with Dr. Trussler using Motiva Ergonomix Mini 310cc implants, placed over the muscle through an inframammary fold incision.

The goal was to enhance her natural shape with more fullness and projection while keeping the result soft, balanced, and proportionate to her frame.
