This is the last one.

Wednesday, September 30th is my final live session before the Metabolic Mastery cohort starts, and enrollment closes shortly after.

I want to show you what actually changes in a practice when you stop treating menopause symptoms as a hormone problem and start seeing them as metabolic signals that have been building for years.

We're also going into something I get asked about constantly: when a client is in perimenopause or menopause and she's dealing with insulin resistance, thyroid changes, s*x hormone shifts, brain fog, and weight gain all at once, where do you actually start?

That question alone is worth showing up for.

If you've got clients who are better but not well, and the standard hormone conversation isn't getting them there, this session is where that changes.

Picture your practice six months from today.

Same women walking in. Weight gain around the middle they can't explain. Fatigue that doesn't respond to rest. Brain fog, cravings, sleepless nights , and labs that still look completely ordinary.

Or something different.

You look at the full picture and see the metabolic pattern that's been developing quietly for years, and menopause just revealed it. You know whether to start with insulin, thyroid, s*x hormones, or somewhere else entirely. You have a framework you can apply in week one, and a room of practitioners and a mentor to bring your hardest cases to.

That gap is six months of practicing differently. And this is the last time we'll be together live before that six months begins.

Today is the day.

The Autoimmune Breakthrough Masterclass is happening today at 6:00pm ET / 5:00pm CT / 3:00pm PT and there is still time to join us.

We are covering how genetic predispositions actually shape autoimmune disease, the foods, nutrients, and lifestyle factors that make a real difference, and the one thing that needs to come back into balance before disease progression can stop.

This is the kind of clinical depth that changes how you approach these cases, whether you're a practitioner or someone navigating your own autoimmune journey.

We go live tomorrow and I want you there.

The Autoimmune Breakthrough Masterclass is happening September 22nd 6:00pm ET / 5:00pm CT / 3:00pm PT and we are going deep on the things that most autoimmune approaches completely skip over.

Which genetic markers are actually influencing your client's flare-ups. The specific nutrients that need to be in place for the immune system to find balance. The foods and lifestyle factors that can move the needle on autoimmune disease in a way that band-aid solutions never will.

If you've been watching clients cycle through protocols that help a little but never quite get them there, or if you've been on that cycle yourself, this is the missing piece.

One day away. Comment "AUTOIMMUNE" and I'll send you the link to register right now.

The Autoimmune Breakthrough Masterclass is almost here and I don't want you to miss it.

If you've been trying to piece together why autoimmune conditions are so hard to resolve, this is where it starts to make sense. We're going into the genetic predispositions that make certain people more vulnerable, the specific nutrients that come up again and again in autoimmune cases, and the key factors that can actually stop a flare before it takes hold.

This isn't a general overview. It's the clinical depth that changes how you approach these cases, whether you're a practitioner working with complex clients or someone who has been managing your own autoimmune condition and feels like you're still missing something.

Ever wonder why the same autoimmune protocol works beautifully for one person and does almost nothing for another?

It's not just about the diet. It's about understanding the genetic layer underneath, the markers that influence how each person's immune system responds, what triggers it, and what it needs to calm down.

This is exactly why a one-size-fits-all approach to autoimmune care will always fall short. The person in front of you has a unique genetic blueprint that shapes everything, which foods fuel their inflammation, which ones support healing, and what needs to come back into balance before progression can actually stop.

In the Autoimmune Breakthrough Masterclass on September 22nd at 6:00pm ET / 5:00pm CT / 3:00pm PT, that's exactly what we're digging into. How to identify the genetic markers that matter in autoimmune cases, how to use food as a targeted intervention rather than a general recommendation, and what it actually takes to support lasting immune balance.

This is for practitioners who want a more personalized clinical approach and for anyone navigating autoimmune disease who is tired of protocols that only halfway work.

Why does one person thrive on coffee while another ends up with high blood pressure and insomnia? The answer often comes down to their genes.

And the same is true for autoimmune disease. Some people carry genetic predispositions that make them more vulnerable. But here's what I've learned after 30 years of working with complex cases: predisposition is not destiny. With the right knowledge, you can stop flare-ups, reduce progression, and actually restore balance.

That's exactly what I'm covering in the Autoimmune Breakthrough Masterclass on September 22nd at 6:00pm ET / 5:00pm CT / 3:00pm PT.

We're going deep on how genetic predispositions influence autoimmune disease, which foods protect against inflammation and which ones fuel it, the specific nutrient imbalances that show up again and again in autoimmune cases, and what it actually takes to stop progression and support the immune system long term.

Whether you're a practitioner looking to sharpen your clinical approach or someone navigating your own autoimmune journey, this masterclass will change how you think about immune health.

The future of healthcare needs practitioners who can connect the dots.

Metabolic health isn't one pathway. It's the interaction between genetics, nutrition, gut health, muscle, sleep, stress biology, and cellular signaling, and all of it is talking to each other constantly. GLP-1 medications may be part of the conversation for some clients, but they don't replace the need for deeper assessment, pattern recognition, and care that's actually personalized to the person sitting in front of you.

That's the kind of practitioner I've spent 30 years training people to become. Not someone applying the same protocol to every case, but someone who knows how to investigate, connect what's happening across systems, and help clients build health that actually holds.

In Beyond the Hype, we explored how to approach this rapidly changing landscape with exactly that kind of clarity and confidence.

She almost didn't mention it.

It was at the end of the appointment, almost as an afterthought. Something about how her symptoms seemed to get worse after a really hard year at work, about three years ago.

That one detail changed everything about how I understood her case.

This is what I mean when I talk about being a health detective. It's not about running more tests or adding another supplement. It's about knowing what questions open the right doors. Recognizing the patterns that connect what look like separate symptoms. Hearing the thing your client almost didn't say and understanding why it matters.

Practitioners who do this well don't necessarily know more than anyone else. They investigate better.

I put together a free checklist to help you do exactly that. It's a practical intake tool built around the questions and patterns that change the direction of complex cases.

One better question can shift an entire case. This checklist helps you find it.

GLP-1 medications have changed the metabolic health conversation.
But are practitioners prepared for what comes next?

Your clients aren’t just asking:
“Should I take Ozempic?”

They’re asking:
“Is this right for me?”
“What happens to my metabolism?”
“How do I maintain results?”
“How do I protect my health long term?”

And those questions require more than a prescription.

They require someone who understands the full picture:
- Metabolism
- Nutrition
- Muscle preservation
- Hormonal signaling
- Digestion
- Lifestyle factors
- Individual physiology

That’s why I created Beyond the Hype: Mastering Metabolic Health in the Age of GLP-1s and Wearables.

This training explores how to think beyond the headlines and support metabolic health with a systems-based approach.
