What if menopause isn’t a gradual decline… but a biological CLIFF?

New research suggests that menopause may trigger more abrupt changes throughout the body than we once realized. And we’re talking about WAY more than hot flashes!

Metabolism, cardiovascular health, energy, and aging can all be part of this transition.

If you’ve ever felt like your body changed overnight, you’re not imagining things.

✨ Menopause isn’t the beginning of the end. It’s an opportunity to understand your body, take back control, and redefine how you age. AND give yourself grace!! This time can be tough. And we will evolve into an even greater version of ourselves with love and time ❤️

🍄 What if psychedelics could help us heal in ways we’re only beginning to understand?

Last week at the Beyond Wonderland conference, I was fascinated by the emerging science behind psychedelics and their potential to support not only mental health, but emotional healing and even physical well-being.

From neuroplasticity to trauma recovery and the mind-body connection, the research is opening some exciting doors. While there’s still much to learn, I believe we’re entering a fascinating new era of healing and human potential. ✨

What if your positive affirmations are actually making you feel worse? 🧠

We’ve been told to repeat positive affirmations to change our lives. But what happens when your subconscious mind doesn’t believe a word you’re saying?

Sometimes, the gap between what we say and what we believe is just too big.

✨ The secret isn’t forcing a new belief. It’s building a bridge from the old one to something your mind can begin to accept.

You don’t have to fake it until you make it. You can grow into it. ❤️

Stay tuned for Part 3, where I’ll share three practical ways to start rewiring your thought patterns!

What if the most damaging things you’ve ever heard about yourself… came from your own mind? 🧠

For decades, you may have repeated the same negative stories about who you are and what you’re capable of.

But here’s the beautiful thing about neuroplasticity: Your brain can change at any age!

Just because you’ve believed something for 30 or 40 years doesn’t make it true.

✨ You are not your programming. And it’s never too late to rewrite your story.

Stay tuned for Part 2, where we’ll explore why positive affirmations sometimes don’t work!

Stop waiting until your life is fixed to let yourself enjoy it. ❤️

When you’re going through a hard season, it’s easy to believe you’ll relax, have fun, or feel joy again after you figure everything out.

But you’re allowed to experience something beautiful right in the middle of the mess. Actually, it is very important to look for any spot of joy or beauty in the midst of the pain or difficulty.

Watch the movie. Sit in the sun. Have lunch with someone you love. Laugh without feeling guilty about it.

You don’t have to earn joy by getting everything done first.

Those little moments of joy aren’t taking you away from your healing. They’re part of it.

What if the answer to overwhelm isn’t thinking harder—but thinking less?

When your mind is spinning, trying to solve everything at once can make the overwhelm even louder. Sometimes what you need most is to get out of your head and come back into your body.

Walk outside. Feel the sun. Stretch. Breathe. Move. Put your feet on the ground and notice where you are right now.

You don’t have to solve your whole life today.

Come back to your body. Come back to this moment. Then take the next step. ❤️

Before you assume you’re having an existential crisis, check your hormones.

If you’re going through a really difficult time and suddenly everything feels harder than it should, don’t forget to check the physical side too. Hormonal changes can affect your mood, anxiety, sleep, energy, and how well you cope with stress.

I recently realized I was six weeks late getting my hormone pellets, and I believe that was contributing significantly to how overwhelmed and unlike myself I had been feeling.

That doesn’t mean what you’re going through isn’t real—or that everything is hormones. But especially during perimenopause and menopause, it’s worth talking with your healthcare provider.

Your soul may be going through something profound, but your body may need support too.

When everything feels urgent, everything feels overwhelming.

One thing that’s helping me through my own dark night of the soul is creating a “Not Today” list. If it doesn’t actually need my attention today, I give myself permission to set it down.

Sometimes peace isn’t getting everything done. It’s deciding what you’re not going to carry today. ❤️

When everything feels overwhelming, sometimes the answer is to make the next step ridiculously small.

For me, it might be: open my inbox and answer two emails.

Once I start, the overwhelm begins to quiet—and suddenly, I can move again.

You don’t have to fix your whole life today. Just take the next tiny step. ❤️
