“Fasting is putting out a call for the angels.”

When a friend told me this, it completely shifted how I view the ritual of fasting. It’s a call for help.

It cleans out the physical vessel, sharpens the mind, and clears the interference so you can finally hear the voice of God and your own heart's wisdom.

My greatest insights and life directions have come when I chose to be uncomfortable for a bit, sit in nature, and put out that call for guidance.

My heart has guided me to that which fills my cup the most, aligning with the path of my soul and deepening my relationships with my wife, friends, and business.

This is exactly why I’ve added a weekly fasting ritual to the Heart Wide Open program. We are combining this with daily rituals for connection to self, nature, and God to practice surrendering control and allowing your heart to show you the way.

It's time to remember who the f**k you really are.

It's time to clear out the noise that's been keeping you disconnected from your own intuition and the voice of God within your heart.

You are an infinite soul being, connected to the infinite web of consciousness, and connected to all the natural world around you and within you.

Life becomes dull, uninspiring, and lifeless when we forget this connection.

Joy and fun become a distant memory.

And everything just feels more challenging. So much resistance.

Inside the Heart Wide Open program we're going to be rebuilding connection with our true soul self, nature, and God/the Divine/Higher Power.

We are going to learn how to create ritual around clearing out the noise and obstructions that keep us disconnected from our own intuition and the voice of God within.

Noise wins every time in the game of presence.

It drowns out your needs, your intuition, and the whispers of God within you.

Everywhere I go, I see people hunched over, stressed out, and in pain...beaten down into a meaningless existence of just surviving.

But beneath that defeat, there is still a spark.

I see the heart that wishes to be free, to create beauty, and to lift up every other heart it comes in contact with.

If you are feeling these words, your spark is still there.

But it will never shine bright, and it will never have the impact it wishes to have on your community, unless you intentionally choose to turn down the noise of the mind and the world around you.

The voice of God will continue to be drowned out if you do not create a sacred space to listen.

I know how painful it is to continue to stay small.

Staying disconnected and longing the more.

I will not let the noise win, and I want the same for you.

Our communities need more leaders, healers, and guides who are living life guided by their own inner authority.

They need conscious change makers to rise and light the way.

That is exactly why I created the Heart Wide Open program.

Your body is holding secrets, and your silence is holding you back from rising into abundance.

Too often, as guides, leaders, and healers, we try to process all our s**t alone. We think if we just journal enough, or push ourselves hard enough, meditate though, or sit with enough plant medicine, we will eventually clear the block.

But sometimes, the missing piece is simply being witnessed. Having someone hold a grounded, unshakeable container so you can actually let go of the brace you’ve been holding for decades.

When you stop shrinking for safety, you expand your energy from the inside out and that becomes your protection.

You stop absorbing the noise of the world, and you clear the channel to hear your own intuition and the guidance of your higher power.

I want to hold the container for you to get messy and from that mess rise to new heights as a beacon for your community to rise with you.

Your state of being impacts every person you interact with.

It impacts every creation you make, which will ultimately impact the people that interact with that creation.

Part of my work as a healer, is doing my energetic hygiene rituals.

Creating space from the normal, aka a ritual, and using that time to clear my channel to my heart and my spiritual guidance.

The clearer I am mentally, physically, and spiritually, the better I am for the people that I serve. The better I show up for my wife...

If you are a conscious change maker... A heart centered creator, leader, or guide of any kind that wants to do the greatest good with their creations and services... Then this work is non negotiable.

The clearer we are... The more centered we are within our truest self, within our hearts... The greater our impact is on everyone we serve and create for, including ourselves.

Part of the Heart Wide Open program I'm launching on October 5th, is committing to and practicing how to create daily rituals to come back to hearts center by clearing out the emotional, physical, and energetic "sludge" that gets in the way.

I refuse to continue posting everyday if my heart is not in it.

I was posting from habit and needing to do it to check off the list.

Everything was being affected by this.

The quality of my content was stale and uninspiring. I was uninspired by it.

My relationship with my wife suffered.

And I was personally hating the process because it was taking me away from the things that do inspire me.

The kicker is that because I was uninspired, my content lacked impact, and I was using the time posting everyday to avoid the things that would actually inspire me and give me the juice needed to create inspiring content.

The big lesson for me here is that I now know how to just show up and express myself truthfully, but if I'm drained, overwhelmed, and uninspired, then that is the truth that will ultimately come out in my content.

I posted she 64 days straight and I chose to do that during a very transient part of my life.

Now I'm rooting down again and creating a long term home with my wife.

I want to create content from an inspired and grounded place, clear on my purpose for every message I put out there.

No more creating just to check off a box.

I'm here to lead and inspire a revolution in love and nature reconnection, and that's exactly what I'm going to do.

You have a gift, an inspiration for the world as well. It resides within your heart and I want you to be able to express it to the world Heart Wide Open.

Their comfort is more important than anything you have to say.

It's a statement of worthlessness.

And it makes for boring conversation.
