Is there one supplement to get pregnant? No. πŸ’›

It's never one supplement and never one food. You're a complex, beautiful being, and the reasons you're not getting or staying pregnant are almost always more than one thing.

The Conceivable Report looks at the whole picture (cycle, energy, sleep, digestion and stress) and shows you which pieces matter most for you.

Low s***m count and motility? S***m are the canary in the coal mine. 🐀

S***m reflect how he's eating, sleeping, drinking, moving and stressing. They're a window into his overall health, not just his fertility.

In my clinical experience, men with low count and motility are often tired. Ask him: with no caffeine and no exercise for two days, what's your energy on a 1 to 10?

Fertility is a two-person project. The Conceivable Report shows you where to start.

Normal period vs optimal period: they're not the same. 🩸

To most doctors, a normal period means the absence of pathology: not enough symptoms to call it a disease. That's a wide range.

In Chinese medicine, we look for any deviation from ideal. In 26 years of reading periods, I've found small changes tell me a lot about what your body needs.

Want to know how yours compares to ideal? The Conceivable Report reads it with you and shows you what to work on.

Do you need a probiotic to get pregnant? Not always. 🦠

Before you buy one, check your gut. Gas, bloating, tired after meals, sugar cravings? Do you p**p every day, and is it formed? If your digestion is already working well, a probiotic probably isn't your missing piece.

I'd rather you get good bacteria from food: a little kombucha, grass-fed yogurt, kimchi, sauerkraut. (Kombucha is for while you're trying, not once you're pregnant.)

Knowing whether your gut is part of your fertility picture is hard to judge alone. The Conceivable Report looks at your digestion next to your cycle, energy and sleep, and tells you where to start.

PCOS and low carb: here's what I actually eat. πŸ”

PCOS is a metabolic condition, so blood sugar matters. You don't have to diet, and I don't eat keto. I eat low carb, not no carb.

Burger night? Extra veggies, I double the meat and skip half the bun, avocado on the side, and I share the fries. Small nods to your body add up.

PCOS shows up differently in every woman. The Conceivable Report shows how yours is showing up and where to start.

Doing everything to get pregnant and nothing's working? 😩

CrossFit, vegan, protein powder, Geritol, Vitex, Ovasitol, Pre-Seed. I hear some version of this list every week. A longer list isn't a better plan, and in my clinical experience some of these can work against you.

You don't need to do everything. You probably need to do about five things differently, the exact things your body is asking for.

Knowing which five is the hard part. The Conceivable Report reads your cycle, energy, sleep and digestion and shows you where your body needs attention first.

8 failed IVFs, and her period told us why. 🩸

In my clinical experience, energy and period blood travel together. She rated her energy a 2 out of 10. Her period lasted a day and a half and was mostly clots. Her lining looked fine on ultrasound, but in my read, clots aren't a lining an embryo can implant into.

So we worked backward. Vegan, CrossFit, almost no sleep, energy drinks to get through the day. Overtrained, undernourished, exhausted. It all tied together.

Your period is information. The Conceivable Report reads your period, energy and sleep together, the way I did in clinic, and shows you what to work on first.

Why I don't give generic PCOS tips πŸ™…β€β™€οΈ

Because there isn't just one PCOS.

In my clinical experience, there are five different types. And every woman is different.

So a list of "PCOS tips" can't fit you. ❌

What helps is looking at your answers, and what your body is actually telling us.

That's exactly what your Conceivable Report does. ✨

It's not recommendations for PCOS. It's recommendations for you. 🀍

Only 1 to 2 days of period bleeding? 🩸

Here's how I think about it.

In my clinical experience, how much you bleed reflects how much blood your body can make.

I like to see 4 to 5 days of bleeding. πŸ“…

Soaking a pad or tampon about every 4 to 5 hours.

More or less than that is something I want to work on with you.

A short period isn't a diagnosis. It's a signal. 🀍

Is fertility panic working against you? 😰

Stress doesn't cause infertility.

But panic, Dr. Google and a thousand TikToks at 2am tell your body you're in danger. 🦁

So it pumps out adrenaline. Then cortisol to calm it back down.

Day after day.

In my clinical experience, what helps is calming your nervous system in small ways, every day. 🀍

Not one big thing once a week.

Your Conceivable Report shows you where to start. ✨
